My nature, my full potential is not liberated. My soul’s truth hidden as I continue to ball up under the covers. Afraid of the winter chill, afraid of the ever-pervasive darkness, afraid of freedom. Knowing once I leave– I will never return to tho this version of me, life or personality.

My anger starts in-between my eyebrows hot and heavy and pulsing. I swallow it and it lands–hard at my sternum. A rock in my chest. Fiery hot and disruptive. Frustratingly dense and all consuming. My mind is blackness. I am just one person in a small dingy boat on this volcanic lake that is bubbling, boiling at the surface, promising a scalding end to it all. 

There’s blame, strained relationships, victimization and persecution in this massive underground cave that I cannot take up space in. 

Drip, drip, drip from the calcium-dense water building up over a millennia, one day bringing the chemical compounds to form a dense column of belief; I sink into the feeling. I have no passion or purpose, I exist to reflect, refract and reattribute onto.
