Update 2/25/2025 (I'm Alive!)

Been a rough few months in real life and dealing with personal health things that have made it hard to keep up writing at the pace I was before. Got second job and been exhausted....

BUT want to start doing weekly updates again! <3

Updates for writing.... Who's a Good Boy has two chapters written with three more to write to finish it, so working on that as want to wrap that story up next!

Lessons in Accidental Seduction also high on the list of fics to finish up!

I got a spicy one-shot that is nearly complete to put out too, so keep an eye out for that my lovelies! Jealousy is not a Good Friend and Careful What You Joke About also are on the list of things to update and thinking about how to wrap those ones up! The goal for me is to finish up a lot of fics in the coming month and get stories brought to their satisfying conclusions so can work on new big works.

ALSO THE DARKSIDERS BRAINROT IS BACK....and I dug up an old fic idea I keep starting and going to write it out, edit, and post it. It has been a story living for so long in my head, I just really want to get it out.... BUT GOAL! FINISH FICS. WRAP UP STORIES. Gonna get there!

Whoa loved the latest chapter of the Yuuji files!! I'm so happy they're engaged 💍 this is great, and we got Sukuna saying the L word, magnificent. It was fun to read about all the warped museum areas. I loved the descriptions even if I felt bad for all the poor civilians damn. Man Sukuna's mom really is something huh I kept think of that scene from lotr where the big bad sends one of his messengers out to intimidate the rival army and the king just immediately decapitates him because he understands that letting the evil guy scare all his men right before a great battle will do no good. Nothing the evil messenger has to say could possibly be worth listening to. Sukuna's mom is kinda the same. Listening to her can only cause harm and shes so wrong about Sukuna he's grown so much and come so far but theres something about a parent speaking over you as though they have this complete understanding of who you are and they see all your flaws clearly and they have authority over you that can really sink into you and make all your accomplishnents and growth as a person just dissappear, suddenly you are that little failure they say you are no matter how much evidence there is all around you to the contrary. Honestly, Sukuna would be better off with ear plugs. God the immediate joy of knowing that Sukuna does have people who love him was so satisfying. I love how Sukuna successfully got all the love his mother thought he didn't deserve and now I hope she fades from his memory the best revenge is living well ect ect let her rot in hell she has no power over him anymore (well there'll probably be some lingering trauma or whatever but he gets to keep on healing and growing as a person without her hanging over him). Now we just need to send Kenjaku to join her down there his interfering boymom ways are racking up a body count. At least we can all laugh at the fact that his attempt to get rid of Sukuna led to him and Yuuji getting engaged like that's kind of hilarious. Anyways, delightful chapter. I'm glad Sukuna got to see the dinosaur exhibit before the curse was activated. Thanks for writing and sharing with us!!!

Sukuna's parent issues are poked at a few times in this fic, but now it comes to a full head, but at least Yuuji was there to use the power of love to win the day (and Sukuna will never forgive him for that XD)

Kenny just going to try everything to break them up! The next plan though has the culling games getting involved.....although Yuuji has some allies to make a twist happen! And Sukuna got to see his dinosaur bones! At least he had a sort of good time? Got engaged? Progress? XD

I hope Maki went to shadow one of those traditional katana makers so that she can learn to make her own cool swords it's what she deserves. I think panda would have a nice time with a traditional herbalist or an acupuncturist although whoever he shadowed would have been in for quite a shock when they met a talking panda.

Very good options for both of them for sure! I'm sure they had a good time not being in the horrible murder museum. They know better than to go on trips with Yuuji and the gang. Weird things always happen XD

Writing Update 11/27/2024

Where the heck have I been huh? Been working two jobs and been just a lot lately with zine art and a commission piece to finish and DnD art to get ready for sessions. Means writing time is reduced ; w ; HOWEVER! I'm hoping now that I get a short break, I can get some fics updated in the coming days! <3

SPOUSE WANTED: Updating soon! I am writing a super spicy big chapter that hopefully was worth the wait <3

WHO'S A GOOD BOY: Going to start getting these updates out as want to get this fic finished too LESSONS IN ACCIDENTAL SEDUCTION: New chapter in the works and hopefully updates soon! This fic one the poll to get rapid chapter updates, so going to focus on the updating for it! CAN'T HELP A CUDDLE: Finally going to start work on this chapter! JEALOUSY IS NOT A GOOD FRIEND: it is angsty and good plot suddenly so....just eager to update it <3

MY 50TH FIC UPDATE: A cute little one-shot for the 50th fic on my AO3!

SENORITY RULES: A one-shot idea for someone on bluesky that I liked and wrote a little thing for hehe! Hoping to get all of this done and pushed out. Just so much writing and so SO little time....Also working on the artwork for the first chapter of the Historically Accurate sequel. Once I get my obligations completed, there will be NO stopping me!

Honestly? My main piece of advice for writing well-rounded characters is to make them a little bit lame. No real living person is 100% cool and suave 100% of the time. Everyone's a little awkward sometimes, or gets too excited about something goofy, or has a silly fear, or laughs about stupid things. Being a bit of a loser is an incurable part of the human condition. Utilize that in your writing.
