Commentary for 2/9/20:

Joy in the little things brings more joy. Slowly sipping your first cup of coffee or tea, lingering in the hot shower rain, turning up a certain song to sing to on your morning commute, savoring every bite of your lunch, memorizing every laugh of your friends, feeling the wind in your hair from a rolled down window, soaking up the sun on your skin, smiling at a stranger, learning something new.... it's the little things that will eventually grow into big things. Learn to feel joy now so that you don't have to look for it later.
