Possessive Attachment Disorder (PAD) is a disorder where a person becomes overly attached to someone they are close to, such as a partner, family member, or friend. This can lead to possessive behavior and thoughts, a constant need for attention and affection from said loved one, and difficulty sharing their loved ones with others. They may also experience feelings of anxiety, depression, irritability and jealousy when they are not around their loved one or when their loved one is interacting with others. The condition can cause significant distress and may interfere with daily life and relationships.

Possible symptoms:

1. Intense attachment to a close individual, such as a partner, family member, or friend

3. Possessive thoughts and behavior towards the individual

4. Persistent desire for attention and affection from the individual

6. Difficulty allowing others to interact with the individual and the need to have the individual all to themself

7. Experiencing anxiety and depression when separated from the individual

8. Experiencing anxiety, depression, and irritability when the individual is interacting with others

9. Enduring feelings of jealousy towards those who are close to or spending time with the individual

11. Struggling to form or sustain healthy relationships outside of the primary attachment or with the figure of attachment

12. Intrusive and excessive ruminations on the relationship and the loved one

13. Significant distress and functional impairment due to the symptoms.

14. Persistent desire to hang out and engage in frequent communication with the individual towards whom one feels a deep attachment.

15. Preoccupation with thoughts towards whom one feels a deep attachment.

i suppose it is just setting in that . axe is probably not coming back. i mean . i should have figured that out months ago, especially given i stopped thinking about him. but i still held out hope , i suppose ?

but my attachment was far more intense than his was , if he was even attached at all . i suppose if they reappear out of the void i will fall back into that obsession but as for now ... i have removed them from our bio and pinned. (the hyperromantic in us was looking into other people anyway.)

Am I the only one who hates the whole closed culture debate

It just seems inherently racist to me for many reasons

1. Your saying certain groups of people can't use or do things because they are a certain race

2. "Closed cultures" makes it seem like some cultures are more important then others, you can use this culture your not from BUT NOT THIS ONE YOUR RACIST IF YOU USE THIS ONE

3. It completely disregards the fact that some people just like certain names and makes them seem like horrible people
