Being a Tourism student💖
First time I heard tourism, my first reaction is that I don't want that course. But I don't know what happened at the end of time. All I knew is that I woke up one morning wanting to become a Tourism student. Maybe this was God's plan for me.
I know that being a Tourism student is really hard. But I didn't expect it to be this hard. This is still just the beginning. It's not the middle or end but it's already hard. How come if we're already in college. I think that will be our sweet nightmare.
From familiarizing every bit of details about tourism was so hard. Maps, organizations and sectors, etc. But this is what I want. This is my dream so I'll stand for it. They say Tourism is just easy from other course. Maybe they're right but all things have different strengths and weaknesses. Because for me tourism is hard aside from the fact that it also expensive / cost too much money. They can just say it because they don't experience what to be in a Tourism Operation. I'm proud being part of Tourism Operation. Someday also I'll make you proud. Just please bear with me and pray for me. I'll tour you to the world someday.God bless and Thank you💖!

Semestral Break💞
Whhooooaaahhhhh!!
This is what I'm waiting for💞. I can now rest all daya and recharge of those sleepless night and stressful days.
I can now party on bed all day💖. And spend time with my family. I can now visit my mama and papa on our province and spend time with them because I already miss them so much. I hope we don't have school works for that day since it's our break. It's our time to rest and have some quality time with our love ones. I'm looking forward to that day.

Exam preparation📚
Since the exam is now fast approaching, we really need to balance our time properly. We need to fixed our time. We need a proper time management.
Exam is one of the things I don't like as a student, well I think most of us do😅. Especially if there's also some other school stuffs you need to pass before the due then you also need to study and review so that you'll pass the exam. It's really stressful but I believe in myself that I can handle it.
What I probably do is to review my notes. Study again our lessons and topics being tackled then always understand it and put it on my mind and heart. I know it's hard to study especially if laziness hits you😂 but focus and don't think about your sufferings during your preparation of your exam, think about the good result. That's what I always do to motivate and cheer up myself if our exam is already fast approaching. Remember that there's always a rainbow after the rain. Like this. It's already our sembreak after the exam and I'll serve it as my motivation to all of my stressful days right now.

Academic Week💖
Acad week was so memorable💖. I can't ever ever forget our ever best team. Team Doomsday! We are- we are Doomsday! Doomsday! Being partnered with other strand ABM during the Acad week was a great experience for us especially that this was the first time we experienced it and it was so memorable.
I enjoyed the activities that was held during our Acad week. It's where I met my new friends. Acad week was amazing. From day 1 in which the parade was held up to the last day of activities. But the most important part and the highlight of the event was the awarding. And thanks to God for guiding us all over and the results of our efforts and sacrifices was already given and that's the pride of our team. Our trophy and individual certificates. Congratulations to all of us. That was a great experience. I'm not regretting cheering for our team and shouting my lungs out.
Being a part of Team Doomsday was an honor. But ofcourse all of that was also because of our great team coaches. Thank you ma'am and sir. That's all for this blog fam! God bless and thank you💖!

STI College Muñoz-EDSA 1st semester experience
So far, my experience in STI Muñoz was really great. A great experience I'm going to cherish in my whole life. Especially that I entrusted my first experience as a SHS with STI and I don't regret it.
First semester was lit. I can still remember my nervousness as I enter my first class during my first day of schoool😅. I felt anxiuos that time. It's where I met new friends that became my buddies during my journey here, my classmates. I'm honored to be with them and most especially with our great coaches and our beloved class adviser. It's so good that were getting along and all are good. I hope this will last 'til the end of our academic year here at STI. I'm expecting that to happen. Eventhough there's really a time where we had a misunderstanding that we don't expect to happen but atleast we've learned our lessons.
First semester is the part that I can't forget of being a SHS student at STI. Because it's the stage where we've learned so many lessons. It's the stage where we experienced our great first hardships and downfall as a Senior High School student. It's the stage where we learned more about our beloved school. And the stage where we different students destined to meet and be in the same track and section. The feeling that I can't forget when we jam as a section together with our coaches in every subjects we had during this 1st semester of ours. I hope that things won't change after this. Exercising
Exercise increase our overall health and our sense of well being which puts up more in our everyday steps. But I've also learned that exercise has some direct stress-busting benefits in which it reduces stress.
Physical activity helps bump up the production of our brains good neurotransionttery which called "endorphins". By managing and reducing stress it can help cut the risk of cancer and other health conditions. Exercising strengthens our immune system and reduces anxiety. With regular exercise, our body will become a stress fighting machine. So it's a motivation for us to give some of our time for exercising, since we'll the one who will benefit with the outcome of it.

Social Health
Iteracting or socializing with other people is not new to us. We perform it in our everyday living here in this world and it can't be taken away from us for it is essential for us to live and survive in this world. It is our way to express our thoughts and feelings.
I'm blessed to have my teammates. And socializing plays a big impact to us for it is important in a team to communicate and express our thoughts for us to succeed in our activity. Because of socializing there was a bond that have been develop between each of us. It's just so nice that just by that simple activity of ours, we who don't know and barely talk to each other became close and became friends.

Emotional Health
Emotional health is an important part of our overall health. It is our emotions. If your emotionally healthy, you can handle and control your thoughts, feelings and behaviors properly.
When we exercise, it reduces the stress we're feeling. And it's a good factor for us, students who were stressed because of our studies. When we exercise, our body releases chemicals called endorphins in which it triggers the positive feeling in our body. That's why when I exercise or when we exercise we feel refresh after. We feel good just like what I've felt after our physical fitness test.

Mental Health
Mental health includes our emotion, psychological and social well being.
When we exercise it's not just our physical health who develops but also our mental health. Exercising is good for our brain for it helps and enhance our brain functions. When we exercise our brain works together with our body by simply counting the steps performed by our body, and handling proper breathing and by that simple way our brain function develops or enhance. It is also much better if we perform exercises for our brains to enhance more our thinking.

Physical Health
Being physically fit is really hard to achieve, but if you have the courage and determination you can achieve it even if there's many hindrances.
During our physical fitness test I've learned so many things. It doesn't mean that you don't get easily tired you can already say that you're a healthy person. Sometimes it vary. During our activity, each of us were ask to calculate our Boday Mass Index, where I've learned that I'm not healthy as what I think. I have a strong body, a strong muscle and a strong immunity but nevertheless I'm underweight or should I say malnourished. So basically I'm not healthy. After our activity, I've reflected that we should pay attention to our body (physical health) and take good care of it for us to have a strong and healthy body which is essential for us to perform our daily activities efficiently. And we can achieve it by having a healthy lifestyle, by exercising regularly with proper nutrition and healthy diet to achieve a healthy and fruitful life.
