just remembered this snippet I wrote

Domikostas oneshot where they have a little girl called Mika :] oh also she calls Tsimi “mama” bc genderqueer Tsimi is alive and real to Me.

“Miiiiiika, my little Mika!” Tsimi sings as he spins the giggling toddler around in the air. He drops her dramatically to the big, grey sofa and tickles at her sides.

“Mamaaaa- Mama!” She manages to wail between shrieks. Her two front teeth are entirely on show, and Tsimi is nearly knocked off his feet with how fond he is. He thinks that he can feel his heart squeeze with adoration for this little girl.

Domi watches on silently, leaned against the doorframe. He stalks over and swoops Mika out of Tsimi’s grasp. “Is Mama being silly again?!” He asks with fake shock, to which Mika looks up at him with her big brown eyes, nodding vehemently.

He holds her to his chest and presses kisses all over her face, marvelling internally at the sheer softness of her skin. “Apa is here to save you, yes?”

“Apa save me,” she parrots back, looking at Tsimi. Her Mama just looks on with fondness yet again, his daughter nuzzling into Domi’s neck, and Domi smiling so brilliantly. Tsimi falls in love all over again, reliving every moment, every emotion.

Tsimi just huffs and curls up with his little family on the sofa, worn out from entertaining Mika all morning. Mika pokes his forehead just to get a rise out of him. He retaliates by poking her nose, she scrunches up her face adorably.

“She looks like you when she does that.” Domi murmurs to Tsimi.

“Hm?” Tsimi looks up through his lashes. The sunlight makes his eyes look like they’re laced with gold dust, and Domi lets himself stare for a second.

He also has little to no impulse control, he leans down a little to kiss the blonde. “I think she scrunches her nose up like that because she learned from you. I’ve got two bunnies now.”

“You still think I look like a rabbit? Ai.”

“Nyuszi,” Domi says as he presses a kiss to Tsimi’s forehead. “I think it’s cute.” Tsimi gives him a deadpan look. “I’m serious! You and your bunny habits gave me a sexuality crisis.” He’s laughing as he says it. Tsimi wants to bottle the sound.

“Yeah? And how’s that working out for you?” Tsimi plays with Mika’s tiny hand as she drifts off on Dominik’s shoulder.

Domi debates between being earnest or playing off the question with sarcasm. “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.”

One day, Andy throws all caution to the wind. He goes up and introduces himself and then goes “it’s [deadname], right?” And. For some reason, Mohamed corrects him. Tells him his actual name. He’s never done that before and the second it leaves him mouth, he feels lightheaded from the sheer adrenaline rush.

Andys eyes flash with recognition. He lays the flirting on THICK, trying to court him in the cheesiest way possible. It goes on for a few months, because Mo loves playing coy and hard to get.
