I don’t think people take fictives who want to be seen 100% as their fictive parts seriously enough. someone is always there to say ‘oh but you’re not REALLY that character.’ what if they actually are. thanks but just because you see other systems fictives who disconnect themselves from their source doesn’t mean everyone does. systems aren’t that easy to define so if someone says im a fictive, this is who I am, treat me as such, then just do it instead of white knighting your way through other people’s identity and trying to make yourself look #extrawoke by disconnecting them from source when they DONT want to be.
