I’m just going to slide this here, not sure how many of you know but; I’ve moved from California to South Dakota and roughly lived in 6 different places. Now after signing another lease, our roomate decided to back out on us so my wife and I are being forced to move yet again due to not being able to support ourselves. Which will be the 7th move in 2 years. I work full-time at a Sally beauty (minimum wage) and don’t have the money for little things anymore. Most days are wake-up > work > sleep > repeat. The stress of this has been actively making my gallstones and kidneystones work against me and I’ve missed quite a few days at work. I would cover medical expenses with the coffee you may send my way. Thank you for reading ♡

He waited for her to stop stumbling over her words, patiently. When she’d finally found her composure he offered her a smile. She was always stumbling over her words like that.. Odd.. He gestured towards the front doors of the school.

         A……Adrien was always so patient. Her hand snaked up to the back of her neck and rubbed her skin. He didn’t have to be this NICE to her, there was no obligation, yet he was more than happy to oblige. Looking up at him sheepishly when he spoke, she was a bit concerned. Marinette didn’t want to make the Lady angry, but if there truly wasn’t anything going on with his schedule for a while, and he did have time for studying then there shouldn’t be a problem. 

❝ A-…. Alright ! ❞

        She didn’t have much to say to that, just following his lead at this point, he walked her to the car that stood running for him. There were eyes on her, she could feel them BURNING into her skin, she couldn’t help but grin a little because she was being escorted to a car by the boy she LOVED.

          Ladybug sometimes worried that the person behind Chat Noir’s mask didn’t have much else to do with his time; very punctual and not as lazy as someone would THINK a cat would be. The thought made her chuckle out of her nose before she spun her yo-yo and threw it up at the building that her silhouetted partner perched on top of. A small tug on the small machine sent her flying upwards, landing behind the blonde with a smile tugging her lips up. 

❝  Salut ! Did you see, we have a new partner roaming around? ❞

          ❝  We should give her a warm welcome ! ❞

           Chat dropped down onto the ledge, he was on patrol for the afternoon. Things were pretty quiet and it wasn’t too much longer until Ladybug was set to arrive. It was their usual rendezvous point, just a ledge of a public building. Just a quiet place, up and out of the way. They were lucky there was nothing to truly worry about today. He heard the tell-tale signs of her yo-yo hooking into the ledge.

I want to remind every roleplayer of a few things that we tend to forget far too often.

You don’t have to have good edits to be a good roleplayer.

You don’t have to have small font to be a good roleplayer.

You don’t have to do quick replies to be a good roleplayer.

You don’t have to impress everyone and be popular to be a good roleplayer.

You don’t have to be multi-ship or single-ship to be a good roleplayer.

DO NOT ROLEPLAY TO IMPRESS.

Roleplay to be happy and write for your love of the character and for your love of writing. In fandoms, you get caught up in popularity and quality. Quality doesn’t come with fancy themes, fonts, paragraphs, words, edits, etc, etc.

It comes with your personality as the mun, your appreciation for the character, your love for your followers and your friendlyness as a fellow roleplay partner. So, next time you feel the urge to bow to someone else for their ‘quality,’ just take a moment and think about what you’re doing. You’re just as good as they are.

You have your own style. You have your own way. I love you just as much as I love the ‘quality’ roleplayers, and your most loyal and loving followers will feel the same way. Do your best at all times and that’s all that matters!
