I need to run though the woods like I used to, not stopping just getting faster and faster and feeling the wind on my fur and the dirt under my paws.

Got to go to a lake this summer and I canoed to an edge with a cliff I could climb up. I sat up there on the moss and felt so at home. I followed a deer path into the woods and I went so fast just one foot in front of the other, no shoes I just followed and felt so alive. I felt like I could go forever but I have a human life now and needed to go back eventually. I like my human life but I miss being a wolf a lot.
