I never assumed it would be so achingly difficult to lose weight.
2 small mangoes (300)
Seaweed (20)
1 cup red lentil mushroom pasta (300)
2 tortillas (280)
1 cookie (30)
Chex mix small bag (210)
Total: 1140 :/
Today was hard. I ate the mangoes at 4pm and was starving by 7pm. I went and got a bag of Chex mix because I was saving my pasta for lunch time. So I learned that 300kcal = 3 hours. Therefore, if I start eating later in the day, I can get away with <1000 calories/day if I play it smart.
I used all of my mental energy on worrying about my calories today. I am so exhausted now. Getting to 70kg seems so impossible right now.
