1. How to eat more
Set a limit - for beginners i'd recomend 3, for fatter ones 5. Whenever you feel full, eat the amount of your limit more bites. Even if it's painfull.
If you ever feel full and eat more then your limit, congratulations your limit just got higher!
Example:
Your limit is 3. You have lunch and got full. 3 more bites, no less. If you eat more then 3, for example 5, your new limit is 5. Next meal when you eat and get full, you need to eat 5 more bites.
What happens if I dont have enough food for that?
You get more, and leave it for later.
Result?
Not only does this streach your stomach. It teaches you that you are glutton, you're a fat fuck thats only good for eating. It teaches you that there is always more food - more food you can force down your throat.

What would you do to book a feedist retreat during your vacation?
Imagine a beautifully located resort where you can spend all days long lounging on the porch and admiring the views... and eating, of course.
At the beginning of your stay, your height and weight is recorded. Your favourite foods and any no-goes are listed. A 5-meal plan is drafted, with many snacks and caloric drinks in between.
Many strategies are employed to maximize your weight gain: every day, you start with an appetite stimulant and a pill that slows your metabolism; you are given a mobility scooter; encouraged to mindlessly snack as you watch TV in your room; all your drinks have calories in them; your largest meal is consumed late at night; you are required to get a midnight and a 3-4am snack. During your stay, you are also taught other hacks that can help you gain weight in the future.
There is a spa on the premises, offering mostly belly massages after a large meal. But a full-body relaxing massage is also offered, which you can receive while sipping on milkshakes and weight gain shakes.
Imagine coming back from your vacation; re-entering your life 50 pounds fatter. Enriched by new tastes and experiences, and new folds and rolls added to your frame. Your brain completely reprogrammed into a fat lifestyle.

Okay, so I’ve talked a lot about using Boost VHC for weight gain before… but I have to be real with you all I’m totally walking that back. Turns out slamming back tons of those every day isn’t actually the best idea. I ended up getting a little sick from them (don’t recommend loading your body with 700% of your daily copper intake—oops). It was a hard lesson, but honestly? It led me to something way better.
Someone recommended a new mass gainer powder to me, a maltodextrin-based shake with barely any ingredients, and oh my god. You guys. This stuff is fucking wild. I’ve been using it as the base for all my shakes for a few weeks and I’ve been blowing up so much faster than I ever did on Boosts. Like it’s not even close.
I’ve been drinking 12+ scoops a day—literally thousands of extra calories, just disappearing into my belly. It’s so easy to chug, especially when I mix it with heavy coffee creamer (extra calories, obviously). The weight is piling on so fast I can feel it every time I move. My tummy’s gotten so heavy lately, just constantly resting in my lap, and I swear my thighs are spreading wider by the day. I feel soft and slow and so, so full all the time, and I’m honestly addicted to it.
So yeah, if you’re trying to really grow—like really grow—this stuff is the secret weapon. I’ve been waddling around in a daze lately, totally stuffed, totally content, and watching my body soften and swell from all these shakes is just… unreal.

Hello. New to gaining and feedism. Any advice for someone on a strict budget?
ok as someone with a stupid amount of uber eats credit card debt, take my advice w a grain of salt!! pasta, rice, soda, juice, bread, nuts & nut butter, cheese, chips, and whole milk are all high calorie stuff you can have at home. make ur mac and cheese with extra butter and heavy cream 👌 discount grocery stores + dollar stores aren't consistent w a lot of fresher food but are excellent places to pick up candy and less perishable junk food!! best of luck with fattening, my friend

Roll for a Feedism Challenge 
Feedee Edition!
Roll a d20 to get your challenge for the day
Breakfast stuffing: get a dozen donuts and eat every last one (if it's Krispy Kreme make it 18). 
Worth the weight: hop on the scale and take a picture of the number. Do it again at the end of the day. Share the results (and impress whoever you share it with)
Moisturize Me: get comfy, get naked, and get in touch with your body as you slowly lotion every inch of yourself.
Consequences: for every 200 steps you take today you need to eat 1000 calories. Be mindful of how much you're moving your body.
Planks: set a timer for 3 minutes and get in plank position. Every time you have to pause the timer for a break is another 500 calories you need to eat today (make it 1000 if you're under 200 pounds). 
Pizza party: get a large pizza and finish the whole thing (make it 2 if you get thin crust)
Low Hanging Fruit: Get on all fours and take a picture. Show someone how low your belly is hanging these days.
Self care day: get comfy and surround yourself with your favorite snacks. Relax today and graze while doing all your favorite low effort activities.
Probable pounds: Roll 2d4. You need to weigh that much more (in pounds) before you stop eating tonight.
Empty calories: get at least 2500 calories from drinks today (you're probably going to want a milkshake or 2)
Extra large thighs… I mean fries: treat yourself to your favorite fast food and make sure it's over 5000 calories (it's okay if that means you need to treat yourself for 2 meals, you deserve it)
Find your max: count calories and stuff yourself until you physically can't anymore. That's your max. If you've already done this once, make sure to beat your last score.
Quiet contemplation: turn off all media and set a timer for 10 minutes. I want you to lay down, get comfy, close your eyes and just spend this time exploring your body. Has it gotten bigger? Softer? Where do you feel most sensitive?
Touch yourself while you stuff yourself: get in touch with your hedonistic side by masturbating while you eat. Don't cum until you've had at least 2000 calories.
The best shape you'll ever be in: do as many situps or pushups (your choice) as you can. Subtract that number from 20 and then multiply by 500. That's your calorie goal for today (if it's a negative, multiply by -1 and add 2000 calories)
Just Desserts: in addition to your normal meals today, you're going to eat at least 2500 calories of desserts. 
Cupcake game: find your favorite piece of feedist porn/fic/etc. Every time you start getting turned on, eat a cupcake. No touching yourself until you've finished all of them. (This works best with longer stories/videos)
This still fits: put on your tightest clothes that still “fit” (you can actually get them on your body) and take a picture from whatever angle makes you look fattest. Post it if you feel comfy or share with someone privately.
It's about the process: cook your favorite recipe and eat the whole thing for one meal. The dishes can be future-you’s problem. Just enjoy yourself for now.
Double trouble: Roll 2 more times and do both!

I am so greedy. No matter how much I eat, I am not near satisfied. Not until my belly is tight and packed, swollen with junk. It aches and I can't stop burping and moaning with the slightest movement.
But it's never enough.
"Such a big, greedy pig." You say as you push more down my throat. My eyes roll back in bliss, face covered in crumbs and grease. Too much. I ate too fucking much.
You start rubbing my belly as I struggle to breathe and grope every inch of fat tightly. I can't control my belches and not even trying to. I look, act, and sound like a true pig.
I moan and whimper as your fingers slightly caress my underbelly.
"Please, more." I beg. And you enjoy it. I always crave more. More food, more fat, more touch.
