ALL TSM Patterns for TS3

I didn’t convert these, I just found a way to export them directly into TS3. For this reason they come all in one merged package, which goes into the normal Mods folder. Although it also incudes a “Pattern List” resource, it won’t conflict with TS3′s patterns or any hiders for those, you might have made.

Not included are patterns like Solid Color, patterns from development (no hidden gems there), and a few duplicates from TS3.

If you want to remove patterns from the collection, you can follow Sweetdevil’s pattern hider tutorial within the package file: Open the merged TSM-pattern .package, open the PTRN resource and delete the lines for all the patterns you don’t want to use. Additionally you can also locate the images and XMLs of these patterns and delete those too. Included are the previews seen above, along with a list of the resource-names.

Some TS3 categories don’t have TSM patterns in them. I didn’t recategorize anything - you can also do this yourself, following the instructions linked above.

Thanks to @sweetdevil-sims whose tutorial actually gave me the idea which files to compile from TSM.

Private Clinic - Optometry (+ updates)

So this is the optometry portion of my Private Clinic mod (eventual series). I had hoped to get this out much earlier but just lost interest/motivation but I managed to eke through with hours of 2024 to spare. 😅 Procrastination and I are long-time friends so I'm pretty proud of myself -- the old me would have just dumped this project and moved on to some new shiny. That's not to say that I didn't but at least this time I came back to it!

What this does:

Adds the ability for licensed doctors (see private clinic for details) to run an optometry clinic and treat patients.

Creates astigmatism and a couple of other eye diseases for Sims

Adds update to the clinic system allowing you to set office hours as a doctor, or make appointments as patients, track billing, income and expenses, among other new features

A few updates to the Private Clinic Psychiatry module such as more buffs added that can be treated and being able to use the main controller's payment system.

There is A LOT of information so please read through the documentation (there's two, a new one for the PC core features and one just for optometry) before using and bug reporting. This is a scheduled post (I'm currently under a table somewhere eating grapes) so please don't DM me with any bug reports. Instead, please log it here. If you see the same issue you're experiencing already logged, then just add your name or number to the "I have it too" column.

Private Clinic main files - Please sort the files list by date so you can see the 5 files which have been updated/added for you to download. You NEED the MAIN file, MaladyManager and prescription objects to run any of the modules. The rest depends on which features you want.

I renovated this town to be more simple. Modern maybe. There are new hangouts, such as my own version of Bowlerama, a laundromat, apartments, a resort, and much more.

 I divided sunset valley’s homes by income.

Red = low income

Orange = medium income

Blue = high income

This can help you if you want to rob people, eat the rich scope out the real estate :)

In this town, we promote recycling, as almost every home will have recycling bins, and many might have solar panels (the Day Star 3000 by EA, found on The Sims 3 Store)

In this town, we are about a cleaner lifestyle. Save money, save energy, and better the planet :) We also have functional docks for your sims to go boating

(No shade EA…. just kidding, all shade)

All kinds of sims are welcome in this town, all public lots have gender neutral bathrooms for all sims. 

Kindness is free in this town, and there are many hidden treasures and discoveries to be made. A treasure chest is rumored to be planted in this town, but where? Hmmm…

Functional Sheep V1.0

As the Sims 4 Cottage Living is slowly getting closer and closer to Its release date, and MTS is currently doing a CottageCore challenge, I wondered: ‘how hard could it be to make a functional sheep?’ I will tell you, it was easier said than done! But! I got something in the end that I’m really happy with to share these cuties with you all! It might not be so heavy gameplay-featured as you all are used to from my mods, as I made this mod entirely (with its assets and custom script) within 3 weeks. I’m actually amazed I got this done at this state to begin with :p NOTE: This mod is still at its early stages and I will be adding more features & fix any bugs where necessary!

Zephyr Hill (V2) - a save file

Today I present to you a slightly more polished save file for Zephyr Hill! It features 51 lots in total, as well as plenty of empty lots for you to add whatever you like. This version features two options: populated or unpopulated.
