Her grumbling gut, then, calls for a comforting grill. Choices are not so many—but, tofu dogs wouldn't hurt, right? Not even going back for another swim, will pain her. 🥓🥢

Meet Tabitha, the sweetheart who traded the bustling streets of San Sequoia, for the enchanting archipelago of Sulani that she rode the waves for. An orphan whose journey has been defined by her unwavering passion for surfing, where she has found solace on the ocean; trading the world for a surfboard and the solid ground for sandy shores.

But, her journey took a detour when she was expelled from her previous university. She was announced so for her inability to secure tuition funds from her house. Moreover, her papers had been blank — thanks to her unending absenteeism for competitions and lessons at the sea. All that, while the family she lived with expected her to grow as an academically well person with great titles and works.

With such troubles yet unreached expectations, the family she lived with and the house she was roofed in couldn't help but to point her the streets. Her relentless passion for surfing clashed and she had nowhere else to go.

But, she decided to chase her dreams. Armed with the money she had saved, she flew to Sulani in hopes of peace and greatness. Now, she resides in a charming pier she managed to purchase, striving to turn her life around in the mesmerizing archipelago.

Yet, a question remains — can she overcome her past setbacks and find a new path in Sulani, or will the challenges of her unconventional journey prove too formidable? We'll find out.

mau banget bikin simsta, but the posing and styling skills that i posses are not much of a top-notch. i wonder what kind of presets i would use to spice the posts up as well, though 😓

getting some croissants and cheetos yesterday! i didn't get the fancy ones, but i got the ones from five days and i want to highlight them for this lumpofcrumbs.

it was my first time religiously trying the brand and i bought the cheese cream and mixed berries for 6,5k/each, but discounted to 11k/2pcs (very affordable!). i didn't expect much, actually. i had tried it once, the mixed berries, but it wasn't too special, as in, it was normal—i'd say, ‘too soft’, for a croissant, even. because croissants are supposed to be flaky and airy, right? it's supposed to be giving that crunch. but trying it for the second time because i wanted something to eat at work (necessarily), worked better for me.

the packaging had something like ‘heat to make it crunchy’, so i didn't expect much again and went with the day. mungkin emang teksturnya terlalu lembut for a croissant, but it's basic-ally good. soft but sort of flaky and still had that comby inside. but it's not something you'd get from tous les jours. it's okay to stuff your stomach with, however. it's an alright snack at work, or anytime. i hadn't had a breakfast but it's pretty filling.

now, the cheese cream, tasted less of cheese, but more of butter—like that anchor butter. disappointed a bit, but again, i didn't expect anything. the mixed berries, tasted like berry jam, and it was better than the cheese cream. i liked it better.

i'd give it a repurchasing rate of 3.5/5, and an overall rate of 3/5. not so satisfying in taste, but i'd repurchase if i wanted something affordable to stuff myself in at work. ☆

since the food at the cafeteria was alright, i decided to buy an extra meal. i was going to get some drinks, though, like haus, janji jiwa, or fore. but, they're too expensive. like .. 26k for one cup of coffee? me (specifically in my pelit for myself era): 🤨🤨🤨. so, for this lumpofcrumbs, i got this food instead: okonomiyaki.

i got this double makjon special menu from makjon - sekayu, a few hundred metres from the workplace, for 22,5k. came in wrapped in a paper food box of 17cms and full. it has a folded okonomiyaki topped and bottomed by a slice of beef, then topped with kabushi (?), a heck bunch of doritos, and a more heck bunch of chitato — WHICH IS AMAZING.

it's pretty decent in taste, i should say. aromanya juga merebak that got me thinking: "oh, ini enak." tapi kurang. enak, sih, but something's missing. i knew okonos are basically omelette, but i didn't expect it to be .. so omeletty. it really felt like i was eating omelette rather than martabak, considering the name of the restaurant itself is makjon: martabak jepang. ending this meal actually gets me thinking .. the toppings were more flavorful than the okonomiyaki. i'm sad. 😓

nevertheless, this was okay. if i didn't feel like eating a ton but still wanting to munch in the future, i'd probably get this again on a repurchasing rate of 2/5. the food, however, is probably 3/5. 🍽️
