Another pair of finished paws! Definitely room for improvement, but slowly getting the hang of it. Reworking the pattern some for the next set.

Wow, it has been a WHILE since I last posted. I bought a sewing machine and have been busy practicing with it since I've never used one before, and these paws are the end product! They ended up being a bit too small for myself, so gave them to my little nephew!

Forgot to draw fur direction before taking a picture, but patterning is done, should be able to start tracing and cutting fur today

We got teefers and tongues!!

Lining done! Working on tongues, teeth, and eyes next

And the foam base is done, plus the nose (furred, not attached yet)!

Finally got eye blanks, so making progress. Need to fix the bottom jaw, didn't realize how far out it stuck until looking at that picture 😂

Back on the grind! Trying a wolf this time, and plan on actually selling this one if it goes well

And finally finished! Definitely a lot I can improve on, but considering I had like, zero experience with any of the skills associated with making something like this and had to learn everything from scratch as I went, pretty happy with how it turned out. Might make paws and a tail for it later, but for now going to start a new project

And ears sewn! Time to glue and shave!

Just have to sew the ears and then I can start gluing and shaving!

Finally cut up the fur, just need to preshave a bit and then I can start sewing!

First time working with fur, it is sooo much softer than I expected, I love it.

Tested the pattern using an old bedsheet, and after a few adjustments I think it's good to go! Time to start working with fur!

Been a while, but back on making this! I've changed up the design since the initial sketch to try and make it a little more interesting.

Going to test the pattern on old bedsheets first because I do not trust myself enough to go straight to the faux fur 😂

Haven't decided if I'm going to keep the design I had initially drawn up, but I am finally ready to fur the head! I do not trust that I made the base symmetrical so I taped the whole thing instead of just half 😅😂

Finished the poseable tongue and have the eyes coloured and glued to the eye blanks! Just need to glue them in and do the antlers, then it'll finally be onto the fur!
