#not very similar but in the same vein#had a dog come in showing strange neuro signs that were classic for THC toxicity#owner INSISTS that the dog did not get into weed#told me#another tech#AND the doctor: NOT POSSIBLE#okay well here’s a crazy expensive estimate for a work up and we will also refer you to neuro to spend even more money to get a diagnosis#meanwhile her three teenage sons there with her were acting a little… sus the whole time#after about an hour of back and forth with the owner one of the teen sons admits to GIVING THE DOG EDIBLES!!! AND SMOKING IN THE DOGS FACE!#the owner was FUMING#anyway the dog got fluids and was sent home#owner made her teenage son pay for the visit#I’ve also experienced the used condom tho
