Set as a restaurant, but change it to what you want.

This lot has a mini mart, bookstore, florist, café, karaoke palace/bar, restaurant; neiko café, 1 furnished apartment for a single or couple above the mini mart. I left 2 micro apartments and 2 small houses unfurnished but I did give them a floor plan.

Into music Fan made Stuff Pack Public release.

Hello. I was thinking and im going to make some changes into patreon. If you want to support me you can have two tiers. For one dollar a month is to support my work and two dollars I give you credits and beta testing content before released to public and pics and info of what im making. The earlier acces of the final work is not more. When the final product is finished is going to be public as the Into music Stuff pack If you want to support me is your decision and i will be grateful to you. If you want to be my patreon I will be very happy. But wait until i can put the tiers on month at this time is per creation.

Ok here is the Public release of the Into musci stuuf pack.

You will get six instruments, saxophone, contrabass, kalimba, transverse flute, panpipe flute and reworked drums.

They are available at the creative category at activities and skills. where all the normal instruments are.

To work you need to put in your inventory (except the drums they are playable in world) and then a play song iteraction will appear and also a play concert where your sims can gain money for their performance.

I’m not gonna lie, I found Molly’s Tumblr because of this post, but I really like her makeovers - especially the subtle ones. I wish there was a quick way to “batch replace” default NPCs with Sims from the gallery... Time to try MCCC (or is it MCC?), I guess!

What I’m most excited about doing with Discover University is... actually finding out what wonderful mods are going to see the light of day! I’d love to be able to make my own degrees - how amazing would that be?

Which reminds me - I need to finish the Linguist career I started 6 months ago, and figure out how to make my own skills so that I can add language and cultural skills (similar to the Selvadoradian culture skill) to the game!

Mods aside, I’m excited about the law career (which I’ve wanted for a long time), the esports scholarship, and the new skills, but mostly - the stories!

LAIRS & LLAMAS: a Dungeons & Dragons themed set by Valhallan

My third Simblreen gift, from October 25th! This set contains the following:

Player board and map with 2 swatches (one original, one of Faerûn)

Player books with 3 swatches in Simlish. You need the mesh by @dreamteamsims​ in order for this to work!

Character sheets with 3 swatches (two original, one D&D 5e character sheet)

Enemy miniatures with 5 variations (Minotaur, Skeleton Lord, Skeleton Grunt, Dragonkin and Dragonkin Warrior)

Player miniatures with 4 variations (Elf Barbarian, Orc Paladin, Human Wizard and Gnome Bard)

DM screen with 4 swatches (original, official D&D art, dark wood and light wood)

A D4, D6, D8, D12 and D20 with 8 swatches each (black, white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple)

You can download each object seperately or in one big merged file!

The miniatures are usable as toys (found in the Kids > Toys section), the rest is all decorative (Decorations > Clutter). You will find all of the items by typing ‘dungeons’ into your search bar in-game!

Note: The miniatures, DM screen, player map and character sheet textures were converted from the game Life is Strange: Before the Storm. Dice were converted from original 3D models by Gragra96 on deviantArt. Character sheet model and book texture by me. All of the textures and models were edited and converted to the Sims 4 by me, with the help of Sims 4 Studio. Dungeons and Dragons belongs to Wizards of the Coast.

I have no idea what to say to you guys. I’m so grateful for every single one of you. I don’t know why I would deserve this but I am so happy we reached this milestone here on tumblr together. It’s been a long road for me and it took me a while to figure out what I enjoy creating to give it to you.

I know I’m not the best at storytelling and I know there are other creators out there who release cooler stuff but you know what? That’s fine! I don’t have to be the best in everything.
