Cedar Court Ainley Top-Careers Fair.
This was a separate slightly smaller event hosted at Cedar Court, again I gathered all the information and prospectuses I could for further research. I spoke with an advocate for Leeds Becket University which explained the courses option however what they had to offer for a stylist courses was very similar to that I am currently studying at college therefore I met with an Kirklees College advocate who was able to give me more information on apprenticeship which I believe would be more beneficial for a stylist career, which I have in mind.

Manchester Convention Centre-ucas event.
Back in November 2023 I got the opportunity to visit the Manchester Central Convention Complex in which both the University of Manchester and UCAS host higher education exhibitions, fairs, and conventions in order to help students explore academic and career opportunities.
The events include student talks on the main stage in the main hall Visitors can also explore their options and plan their next steps through the selection of Universities which join this event. Each representative on each University stall will help you with subject guides, information, and guidance on applying to university. Whilst at each stall you have the opportunity to pick up a prospectus as well as any other goodies the university is offering.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This trip allowed me to gather a lot of information about what University had to offer: what courses each University had as well as a breakdown of the courses I was interested in, moreover I also gathered information on Uni life and support. I was able to visit as many stalls as I could which gave me a lot to think about, whether or not I wanted to go to University and if so which University and course would I be considering.
Tumblr media
I gathered loads of prospectuses for many different Universities up and down the country to form a greater knowledge on fashion styling courses at universities and from that make a valid decision on my future sets.
