Yeah "annoyed" him with your tongue down his throat. [She puts her arms up in a surrender] Fine, fine I believe you- spare me the gross imaginary details. Callie. Don't tease. What? Are you hinting I have to take you out somewhere first? [She groans]
Lewis wasn’t around. I would have annoyed him too, though. Luce, you know if I made out with either of your brothers I would have told you and no details would have been left out. Boners, ass taps, boob squeezes, your ears wouldn’t be spared from anything. It’s Saturday night and I don’t know if you deserve the song yet.. You did leave me for weeks on end.

"I don't know..." She spoke, carefully. "I just thought that maybe he wouldn't like Paris- 'cos you know I was talking to that guy Felix and he told me he was never 'a fan of France in general' whatever that means." She rambled. Her eyes locked on Brad and Janet rather than him. Lucy couldn't help but laugh at Mark's words. "Yeah of course he should come, you're right. I was teasing Callie about that. I bet they hooked up while I was gone. She told me she'd 'talked' to him a lot.. i'll get it out of her." Lucy smirked.
Lucy leaned back into the couch and her eyes fell on her ruined pair of shoes in the corner of the room, still lying where she'd dumped them after bonfire night. Her eyebrows knitted into a frown and she determinedly tore her eyes away from them.

He smiled fondly at the image of the group in Paris, though the smile turned sad when Lucy abruptly uninvited Teddy from the plan. He didn’t trust his best friend anymore, that was true, and maybe one day he could find it within himself to do so again, but he forgave him, just like he forgave Lucy. The only thing that would completely erase Lucy and Teddy’s mistake was if they got over the awkward hurdle on whether they were allowed to hang out MarkLucyTeddy anymore, and always throwing Callie or whoever else was avaliable into the mix wasn’t going to always work.
"Why wouldn’t I want Teddy to come?" He asked her, "He’s my best friend. It’s not fair to Callie if she’s third wheeling in Paris. Unless you’d rather have your borther there instead to sweep her off her feet."

You're saying you're not a fan of an entire country, and a whole specific race of people don't like you...?
I don’t know. I was never a fan of France in general, plus the french people I’ve met over the years all tended to… not like me, so.

Why wouldn't you be comfortable there? Oh, how boring.
To be fair, I don’t think I’d be able to be in France that long, it’s not a country I’m comfortable in I don’t think. I didn’t, no. Same old, innit.

I don't know what I want either.. please understand that this isn't easy to say considering how much I dislike you. I know i'm not fucking sweet, okay? I know that. A sweet person would never do what I did to Mark - not matter how drunk and upset. I'm not asking you to be nice to me and no my feelings aren't hurt considering you mostly come out with petty bullshit. I'm just suggesting that if we can't help but be at each others throats then maybe we should just leave each other alone. Or are you so obsessed with me that you wouldn't be able to stand not seeing me? At least now i've said this, if you want to keep on being a bitch, i'm the bigger person.
Wow, stop rambling already. I don’t even know what you fucking want. And thank god, because I don’t want you to be my friend. Why should anyone trust you after what you did to Mark? You put on this whole sweet act but everyone knows that inside you are a nasty little whore. You’re asking me to be nice to you, but why? Because your feelings are hurt? You grow up, and deal with it. I can talk to you and everyone else however I want.

Lucy felt Mark tense slightly as she wrote across his leg, she hadn't even realised what she was doing and she cursed herself inwardly, placing her hand back in her lap. She nestled further into his neck attempting to hide her furrowed brows from him. Why had he reacted like that anyway? She'd been saying Sorry everyday since the whole Teddy thing happened. Not because he heard about something else right? Right? No. She was being stupid.
Brushing the thought away she lifted her chin to look up at him and traced her hand across his jaw line. "France was amazing but I wish you'd come." She sighed, smiling. "Imagine that, you, me, Callie, Teddy - traipsing around Paris. That would have been amazing." She paused, cursing herself again. "But not Teddy. I mean he could come. But he wouldn't have to." She fumbled. She never knew what was okay to say and what wasn't anymore.

Mark didn’t stop singing., though he smiled when Lucy said that she had missed this. He missed this too, it had been a lonely time without her and he was honestly glad she was back. He felt his heart plummet when he felt the word sorry be traced into his leg, not sure if it’s because she was still feeling bad over what happened with Teddy, or it was because she was so used to saying it by now.
A small voice in the back of Mark’s mind suggested that it was because of her apparent kiss with Jett that he heard about, but he squished that idea, determined to believe that didn’t happen. “I missed this too.” He said, once he finished the opening number. “But I bet France was amazing.”

Yeah, right Callie, you're not fooling anyone. Yeah you were asking if I was home to make sure you wouldn't get caught making out on my couch. Don't worry, i'll pretend I didn't find out your dirty little secret.
What about Lewis though! You're going to have to break him the news. Um, when's the next gig and give me the song! You're the best.
Ew. No. I think I just threw up a little in my mouth. I called him almost every hour asking if you were home yet and how long until you were home. He would just hang up on me, but it was still funny. A disappointment? Me? Fine, I won’t tell you about the gigs I booked you guys or the song I wrote. I know. Both of those were stupid questions to ask.

No, I probably should've made a more informed guess, hey? Did you do something fun instead?
Not at all. Did you assume it was?

Oooh. Does annoying him include sticking your tongue down his throat - 'cos i'm definitely not jealous. My family may be weird but we're not quite Game of Thrones level weird. Fineee, but you're a disappointment, you know that right? Duh. I had to buy an extra suitcase to fit all the shit I bought - and you know me, i'm a camera whore.
Please, I got to spend hours on end annoying the crap out of Landon. I’m not jealous at all. Oh my goodness, Luce. It sounds like you had a blast. I wish I went with you, but the music was demanding my attention as always. Next time, I promise. You bought me some cute Parisian clothing, right? And took lots of pictures?

No, i'm not going anywhere because this ends now, okay? Annoying you is fun sure because it's way too easy to do but why are we still annoyed at each other over me telling you that you had nice shoes. I think we both need to grow up. -And before you open your bitchy mouth, I am not looking to be your friend.
Ok Miss Important, go and do better things with your precious time. Cheat with another guy or something, whatever you get up to.

So the usual then. Homecoming's not your scene?
Nothing interesting. I’m sure there were some hookups that will expire or cause trouble for some relationships, but I wouldn’t know who. I didn’t go.

"How could they? You have the voice of an angel." She grinned, leaning her head on his shoulder. She began to trace patterns on his leg with her finger, as was her habit. She smiled softly as Mark continued to sing the rest of the opening number, watching the red lips move on the screen and imagining his instead. "I missed this." She sighed happily, absent-mindedly tracing the word sorry onto his leg with her index finger.

He was suddenly cut off by a kiss, which he returned eagerly, his hands moving to her waist. When Lucy pulled away, draping over him, he shook his head at her command. “Seriously? You want me keep singing?” He then let out a playful sigh. “Just for you, but don’t complain when your ears start bleeding.” Mark shifted so that both of them were comfortable as he started singing along in a softer voice to the rest of the music.

"Good." She whispered grinning, pushing him away to play the DVD. She couldn't help but laugh as Mark joined in singing. She covered her face in her hands, wincing as he went off pitch, howling with laughter. She crawled to him and placed a heavy kiss on his lips to shut him up. "You're the cutest." She smiled against his mouth. After a minute she pulled away and draped her arms around his neck, "Well don't stop now. Keep singing, I command it." She swayed to the music with her arms around him, watching his smile instead of the TV.

Mark just laughed at the idea of Landon taking such a girly - and bad - film to his friend’s for the weekend, not even wanting to know why he wanted to watch it. He grinned up at Lucy when she kissed his forehead in congratulation of choosing the right choice. “You know me, I like Rocky Horror. I’ll watch it if you want to.” He said, knowing he didn’t really have a choice on which film to watch."And Flash Gordon was there, in silver underwear. Claude Rains was The Invisible Man!" He belted along, knowing he wasn’t a good singer, especially compared to Lucy, but it didn’t matter. He was having fun, he missed spending time with her like this.

You know what? I honestly don't understand this whole thing. (She gestures between them) It's pointless and to be honest, a waste of my time.
Oh, you poor thing.
