I noticed something strange about the way characters are treated in the fandom..I noticed that a good chunk of fans make fun of hurt characters.

Verosika is made fun of for feeling heartbroken over how Blitz treated her

Octavia is hated for being depressed and angry about being neglected

Vox who is implied to have been hurt by Alastor is made fun of by the fandom too, not to mention the mob mentality against anyone who tries to write him as a victim of abuse

The kys merch of Blitz killed me because Blitz is struggling with self-hatred and trying to be better and death wish on his character is put out on the market? And the merch itself has his sad and remorseful expression and it's played off as a joke?

Fizzarolli doesn't show any anger despite having been damaged by Blitz's actions and fans are ok with him. It almost feels like you're not allowed to be sad or express how hurt you are and if you do, you're a bad person.

I think people on the whole are getting meaner, and Viv's a meanspirited person with a fandom she's meticulously trained to be likewise. I can't imagine interacting with a show I love this way, what's fun about it.

Hazbin Hotel was picked up by A24 in August of 2020 and finished production in March 2023. This show was in production for at least 2 years and 7 months. However, during this short span of time, it took 340 animators to finish Hazbin Hotel's eight episodes. Vivziepop burned through hundreds of animators within less than 3 years to make eight episodes.

And no, Viv stans...IMDB isn't as easy to edit as Wikipedia.

I am heated again. I made a post on my main blog about bootlegs before in the past. It is nice to know that Viv supports bootlegs plush toys.

This Adam plush is a stolen design by not0tomorrow who also goes by PrinceofRage. This plush was never mass produced and only one exist and it is owned by this user.

I see so many fucking owns the bootleg Adam plush, even a content creator I like. That this point, I am going to call out anyone who owns this plush. If you own that thing, I am going after your ass, I am not even joking.

Viv knows that PrinceofRage made the original plush and even owns a plush made by them. Seeing Viv hold one in her hands is sad and I understand why they are angry about this.

Worst part about this is that PrinceofRage is currently in the hospital and people are unfollowing them because they called Viv out and some jackass decided to be a jackass.

This whole fandom has a problem with buying and supporting bootlegs like those ugly ass cat themed Hazbin Hotel plush toys made by plushshopoffical, even that husk one is on the shelf in photo. I see tweets on the daily of people buying or even requests certain characters.

YOU CANNOT SUPPORT ARTISTS IF YOU PURCHASE BOOTLEGS!!! PLUSH DESIGNING IS A FORM OF ART AND BOOTLEGS ARE THEFT!!!

PrinceofRage makes a good point here. I see fans get upset when a digital artists get their artwork stolen and turn into keychains, art prints, or whatever the fuck else but are real silence when plush designers get their design stolen and are mass produced.

I am going on more post like this one in the future on my main blog. Real talented artists deserve our support, not the people who steal.

Regardless of how Vivziepop claims that she's holding both characters "equally accountable," it's abundantly clear that she blames Blitzo for not loving Stolas and is repeatedly punishing him because of it.

Vivziepop claims Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss are for adults, but she’s written them in the most simplistic and immature way possible, making them more appealing to teenagers and children than actual adults.

She knows this, which is why she’s been encouraging children to watch her shows. Recently, at Hazbin Hotel’s panel, most of the attendees were teenagers and children with few adults, further proving how this show and Helluva Boss’ writing fail to interest their supposed "target" demographic. 

Vivziepop added heavy amounts of sex, violence, and swearing to her shows to make them more "adult,” but instead succeeded in making edgy kid cartoons.
