Remember.
If you’re feeling like you’re about to break your fast:
- Remember when you started to cry when you couldn’t find an outfit to go out?
- Remember how you feel every time you look at the mirror?
- Remember when you saw those girls/guys with perfect bodies, a beautiful outfit that fit them perfectly?
- Remember when your parents/friends/just people in general made fun of your fat body? Or pointed out how much you are eating?
- Remember when you said that in 2018 you were going to reach your ultimate goal weight.
Do you want to eat now?
You don’t right?
Then go to drink some water and do some workouts. WE CAN SO THIS.

Rules to prevent it from going too far
🌹Don’t lower your goal weight. Ever. Don’t forget that it’s enough.
🥀 When your stomach passes the flat point and starts caving in you’ve gone to far and you need to stop that shit.
🌷If you’re passing out at work you need to eat more.
🌺 If it’s too hard to lift normal things such as milk jug, PlayStation, table chairs, you need more calories.
🌸 Don’t work out every day of the week.
🏵️ When you find yourself saying “fuck this” and eating everything in your house, you’re restricting too hard.
🌻 Always drink lots of water throughout the day whether or not you’re fasting.
🌼 Keep in mind that you may gain and loose the same 3 lbs of water or food weight throughout the week and it’s not fat.
💮 If you really feel the need to eat, eat. And don’t feel bad about it.
Please add more 💐

♡ appetite suppressants ♡
⟡ lemon ⟡ the polyphenols in lemon may aid in reducing appetite and prevents weight gain. ⟡ water ⟡ when you drink a glass of water, especially before a meal, this helps to fill your stomach, offsetting the amount of food needed to feel satisfied ⟡ peppermint ⟡ the smell of peppermint reduces appetite and increases satiety. peppermint has also been linked to greater alertness, performance, and motivation. ⟡ cayenne pepper ⟡ just a half of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper along with a meal can help suppress appetite and burn calories. subjects also had reduced appetites and a decreased craving for salty, fatty, or sweet foods. ⟡ cinnamon ⟡  this new research discovered that cells treated with cinnamaldehyde ( a compound of cinnamon ) started expressing more metabolism-boosting genes and enzymes. the cinnamon compound prompted fat cells to keep on burning instead of going into storage, ⟡ ginger ⟡ ginger is a metabolism booster. it also helps promote feelings of satiety, according to several studies. ⟡ apples ⟡ apples are packed with fiber and water, so your stomach will want less food. ⟡ apple cider vinegar ⟡ the acetic acid suppresses your appetite, increases your metabolism, makes you feel satiated, and reduces water retention.  the amino acids also act as an antidote to lactic acid build-up, which may cause fatigue. dilute 1-2 tbsps in 8oz of water to drink! ⟡ dark chocolate ⟡  the flavonoids in dark chocolate help reduce insulin resistance, which prevents spikes in blood-sugar levels, discouraging you from overeating—even smelling it can curb your appetite.

I had a negative net cals of 1k+ so I'm hoping I lost a pound since yesterday but I wasn't able to weigh myself this morning because I slept past noon & the scale is in the only non-sloped & accurate part of the house, the livingroom, where everyone can see.

I don't want to stop, but I want to talk to someone about what I'm going through, ED wise. I'm gonna try to talk to a specific person I have in mind, but if I can't get into contact by the end of the school year then I'll try again next year.

🎀 THINGS TO DO INSTEAD OF A BINGE 🎀
🍓 work out - do some sit ups, jumping jacks, squats, push-ups or whatever else! burn calories instead of ingesting them!
🍓 have a hot drink - tea, coffee or even some broth! fill your tummy and warm yourself up at the same time!
🍓 skincare - do a skincare routine, exfoliate, clean, nourish, moisturize, have a face mask or two, give your skin a nice renewal!
🍓 body care - take a bath, scrub your whole body, moisturize, put on some lotion, maybe use a body spray too!
🍓 hair care - wash your hair, condition it, use a hair mask or oil or just brush your hair out real nice!
🍓 make a list - a list of clothes you want to wear, list of reasons you want to loose weight, list of physical traits you want and will get if you don't binge, anything really; maybe have some fun with it, use markers or colored pens, put stickers on it, doodle on it or anything else you want!
🍓 make outfits - whether using the clothes in your closet, make collages or pinterest boards, always nice to make pretty outfits!
🍓 do your makeup - try new make-up looks, get creative!
🍓 do your homework - study, answer questions, do exercises or just reread your notes, you will thank yourself!
🍓 try some poses - I bet you want to take loads of pictures once you are skinny, so why not practice for them now?
🍓 do a hobby - dance, draw, sing, sew, anything you like doing? do it! have fun!
🍓 look at thinnspi - look at your favorite thinnspi, maybe even make a collage of it!
🍓 sleep - taking a nap will prevent you from bingeing, supress your appetite and give you some well-needed energy
