My mom is a fourth grade teacher, and I’ll never forget after ‘Encanto’ came out, she said all of her students were obsessed with Bruno.

Drawing him, talking about him— they were just drawn to and absolutely loved Bruno! And given the context of the story I think that is actually really important and beyond precious.

my part of an art trade with a friend :) they wanted, and i quote (but translated) "bruno madrigal but give him the saddest, most sad meowmeow eyes, half-ass the textures so that he's a lidl version of himself, and please put him in the desert so that he looks like he's reluctantly basking in the sun. and please make him do a silly little dance in mixamo. the worse the rig the better" and i DELIVERED. they cackled for 5 entire minutes on our reveal call i feel like god.

Silent Characters: Casita v Magic Carpet

Casita: Encanto (2021)

It may not really be a character, but it has all the personality and really cares about the Madrigals.

Magic Carpet: Aladdin (1992)

Magic carpet is so important if he wasn't there straight up Aladdin would've died horrible deaths multiple times. He is also so cute and funny. He expresses so much emotion through just body language, he's such a sweet silly lil guy extra picture below cut
