Is this what happens when the source material handles all the fluff for you?

I didnt think it was this bad.

So, I went to check AO3 for fics on a manhwa that's been on hiatus for few months. Said manhwa has 8,6 million views on mgeko but 7,2k bookmarks...

There were only 118 or so fics. But when I saw that, I thought to myself: oh, I'm sure there's at least a bunch of small writers making these!

I was wrong. There were less than 20 different authors. I'm quite sure that at least 90 of the fics were by the same author. And all of them were too short for my liking...

Im gonna go cry now. If this doesn't get off of hiatus by December, ill pick up the novel.

Beta reader and editor here. My eyes have seen some things, and I'm the one not letting her do a rewrite until chapter 10.

So guess who's writing a story on AO3 (It's kinda shit though... Gonna get a rewrite once I pump out chapter ten.) and I have two OCs that are my babies. I will let people ask things about them and maybe post some art about them sometime.

My internet safety braincells are on high alert but I suppose I can oblige with something short.

I'm a teen, gonna try to get my motorcycle license next year. I've got long slightly wavy brown hair, with very slight heterochromia. I'm 5'2'' or 160cm tall, somewhat chubby (got called overweight by a school nurse), not really athletic at all. Idk how to describe my style since it's usually dark blues or blacks, hoodies all year around, and leggings all year around, too.

I am a severe gacha (basically gambling) addict (i play at least 15+ gacha games daily), have a collection of Ramune bottles in my room, I sometimes draw and write (just depends on my motivation), used to stream weekly but school and lack of motivation be getting in the way. I also read a lot of Manhwa, anime/animations, and some web novels (TCF has eaten my soul, please help).

I've got an older brother, a crap ton of cousins who I see like 3 times a year at most. I'm a full member of a church yet basically never go to mass. My sleep schedule is absolutely screwed, just like my dad's. I am currently writing this at 3am.

I have no mutuals to tag, sadly. (I'm scared to talk to ppl) and I realise this wasn't short at all but oh well.

Yk, I love hearing that someone was awake at a certain time (and apparently often is) and then once I msg them at that time, they're suddenly not awake. Man, having a screwed up sleep schedule during the holidays is rough.
