Front Cover Layout.
Different examples of good colour palettes, and heirarchy. Helpful for development of the front poster.

I rewatched a documentary on one of the typographers (Paula Scher), to understand the professional stance that I should be taking, and giving me more of an understanding towards the target audience for Typografika. Her type approach to ‘The Public’ branding is a playful example of what I can be doing in experimentation, specifically with the change of weight and size of letters.

Good use of fun and playful typography. Perhaps not the best in terms of a professional poster.

I really like the shapes used here. Whilst the type is neat and professional, the colour and shapes are playful and would catch the eye from far away. Good use of colour palette to take inspo from.

I really like the 3D aspect used here, the colour maybe isn’t the best inspo for my poster however, it grabs attention and pulls viewers in.

The typography reminds me on Paula Schers work on The Public branding.

The spacing used here is my favourite example of layout for the title, I could use elements like these to help develop my poster.

I think the two toned colour palettes here work beautifully together, and add a sense of professionally that could be translated in my work.

Fun and bubbly type posters, maybe not the best layouts for the work I’m doing.
