this is my personal workout it works for me not sure if anyone is interested but this is my ana diary so y'all get it
-stretching
overhead side stretch both sides 10 sec
reaching down one foot in front both sides 10 sec
lounge + split stretches (about 5 minutes on each side)
90/90 leaning forward both sides 20 sec
pt 1
50 jumping jacks
35 crunces
15 situps
10 jack knives
20 pushups
1 min mountain climbers
15 leg extensions each side
15 side leg extensions each side
BREAK
16 oz of water
20-50 cal snack
stretch a little (optional)
pt 2
30 squats w dumbbell
15 rdls w dumbbell
5 one leg rdls each leg w dumbbell
10 body crunches w dumbbell
30 side leg raises each side holding dumbbell
25 90/90 pulses each side
yoga (30 sec per position)
-triangle pose
-downward dog
-warrior
-bow
-pyramid
-king pigeon
stretch again (optional)
done :)
