How is it possible that I forgot to post for 5 days? Lol hi. Just doing school, playing clarinet, wanting to die, and have two amazing people making life better. These are the songs we’re practicing atm in band. Shut Up and Dance is such a good song, yet I’m slowly starting to hate playing it 😂 • • #lpsrick237 #update #school #music #clarinet #sheetmusic #clarinetsheetmusic #walkthemoon https://www.instagram.com/p/BnbAdKNg0jh/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=ilppijuq3rds

ORIGINAL PHOTOS VS EDITED! • • So as you can see I’ve been working on my photo editing skills. Personally, I think I’m doing great compared to 1-3 years ago which I’ll do a throwback for on Thursday. But to celebrate the first week of 8th grade, I’ll be doing multiple things involving photography and photo editing. Although it gets on my nerves sometimes, I love photography, editing photography, and video editing. It has been a way to distract myself and make me feel relaxed. Today is the first day of this photography week, which is the day before I start 8th grade. Tomorrow I’ll be posting some clips of how I photo edit! Thursday will just be a bunch of photos on my actual photography using camcorders, iPhone, and a polaroid camera. And finally, Friday, I will do collages. Lol don’t mind me just being a geek. • • #lpsrick237 #photography #photoediting

Hello there! Just wondering, how come there wasn't a next time/episode 2 preview at the end of episode 1 of the final season? Was there a reason for it or did you want to keep what's going to happen in episode 2 a surprise? :D
Complete transparency here, those Next Time Ons were truly awful to produce. We usually only have some of the assets ready from the following episode (characters, environments, voice lines) for the next one when we’re finishing the first, and the creative process is active enough that it was very hard to be totally accurate when writing these. I’m sure fans in the past noticed things happening in the next time ons that weren’t in the final product when the episode finally came out. Making them was an almost thankless task that we still had to devote time and resources to.
Also artistically, I think the ends of each of these episodes give you more than enough to be excited and speculate about in the wait between releases. And yes, I’d prefer not to spoil any of the very exciting stuff that’s coming :)

In episode 1 there were a lot of choices between Louis and violet so I’m guessing they’ll be important characters in future episodes?
Both Louis and Violet are very important characters in this season. You’ll be seeing a lot more of them and learning more about them.

What was the inspiration to have Clementine and AJ take refuge in an abandoned boarding school with kids only?
The school setting was chosen to give Clem a unique opportunity. We’ve seen her in groups of adults since the start of the series, but never among peers of her own age group. This helps it feel more natural that Clem can have an impact on this community. It also provides a lot of fresh character types that we haven’t seen in the rest of the series as well.

All the TWDG games have dealt with mature topics, but it seems like this one might take a deeper delve into dark matters. How was this issue addressed? How did you handle the trade-off between making a game that's accessible for many, but which covers topics that are difficult to handle? Did you/are you consulting with outside sources to ensure these topics are handled properly? (Forgive me for accusatory tone, the organization of this sort of stuff fascinates me).
We’ve been very careful since the start of the season about the dark matters, especially because we’ve known that it would be about a cast of children. We’re not consulting outside groups, but we frequently ask members of the creative team to get their takes. Communication is very open inside our team, and I trust the level of good taste being used by all involved.
A rule I always follow with violence in TWDG is to never glorify it. This is a hard and horrible world where terrible acts can be needed to stay alive, but it should never come off as ‘cool’ if that makes sense.

Why'd you make Marlon out to be an evil person? He was a good kid and he didn't deserve to die.
Marlon’s not evil, but he made a lot of terrible choices. He cracked under the pressure of leadership and got himself into a no-win situation.

Anon Craig Tucker (in real life) world famous adventure seeker; thrill enthusiast. Mr. Tucker (34) lives a prosperous life in northern Colorado. He’s a bicyclist, sports and lifestyle model, does BMX, has several tattoos, loves to board and motorbike. Studied abroad in Peru for a year. Therefore is very much bilingual. Rumor has it, that during a night of drunken debauchery, he claimed to be a power Peruvian deity. Though, one can’t really expect much truth, when the rumor comes from none other than his best friend, Clyde Donovan. Craig has a vast displeasure for pizza, chocolate, top 40 radio, the Kardashian’s, and is actually whimp when it comes to scary movies… despite his tuff and brave exterior… he’s also a secret romantic and was inspired by several Disney movies on how he wanted to propose to his partner. Craig loves sour candies, anything space or science fiction related… is a natural when it comes to PS4. The only other man who can give Craig any real competition is the town asshole, Eric Cartman. His favorite dish ever is phô and since his significant other mastered how to make it… well, let’s just say after every phô night, he repays his partner with 4 hours of intense… ahem…. baby asking activities. He’s been happily married for almost 10 years to his childhood friend and partner, Tweek Tweak. They already have adopted two twin boys, now already in the eighth grade, and are expecting a beautiful baby girl via surrogate… Don’t forget! Craig still is an avid Guinea pig fanatic. Owning up to 9 Guinea pigs. For all Craig x Tweek shippers that follow me! I highly recommend you check out the wonderful story, my very good friend, wrote for me titled We’ll feel it all Tonight. On archive! The always so talented and sassy @mediocrefanfics p>

Do you feel like Marlon is a straight up antagonist or a just a scared kid? I like how there's a grey area with him.
I think he’s a little of both. He was forced into a horrible situation as a young child, and did the best he could, but ultimately the pressure of leadership caused him to make a series of really bad choices. This world is unfair, and Marlon is another person that failed to cope with it.

My boyfriend Cliff works from home, but our kitten Simon insists on being held multiple times throughout the day. This was impacting Cliff’s ability to get work done so we had to fashion a kitten sling so that Simon could get his snuggles in and Cliff could work.
