Finishing this book tonight on the subway makes this the last book I will read in 2018. It’s the perfect message to end this year. If 2017 was a year of my lowest lows and highest highs, 2018 was about shedding the inessential and rebuilding my life into one that I love which is difficult for me. I’m my worst critic and have a tendency of taking on too much. I was heavier in so many ways at the beginning of this year. Gravity is a tricky thing. How much are you carrying with you?
