It’s okay to feel. It’s okay to be soft. To kiss people’s wounds, to cry in the rain, and to speak your dreamy, hazy, four a.m. thoughts. It’s okay to kiss your friends good night, and tell them to text you when they get home safely. It’s okay to cry when people yell at you. It’s okay to giggle when somebody says the word “puppy”, because you think it’s a silly word. It’s okay to think that every tree bears branches, by being told something nice. It’s okay to let your mind float up in the clouds. And it is okay to be your raw, honest self. These are things that make you who you are. Live them. Love them. Do not hide them, do not be ashamed of them. Enjoy them, and let others do the same. Some days from now, many or few, you will not get the chance. There is no time for being apologetic. Only authentic.

“who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? consider how the wild flowers grow. they do not labor or spin. yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. if that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith! and do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. for the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows what you need.

My go-to berry, banana, and kale smoothie, tasty and packed with nutrients! If you're like me and are not a morning person and don't have the time to sit down for breakfast, this makes for a convenient, healthy, and filling meal that you can take with you. Make prepping easier by freezing the fruits and greens in sandwich baggies to grab, blend with the rest, and go! Having a Nutri Bullet makes life easier too. 🍓🍌🍃
½ cup strawberries ½ cup blueberries ½ banana 1 cup kale or spinach ½ cup almond milk 1 tbsp flaxseed 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 4 tbsp oats 1 packet Stevia Ice (optional)

Your 20s will be awkward. You’ll be too old for this and too young for that. You’re going to make mistakes. Lots of them. Embrace every moment.

Such an awesome night with Copeland! This band is very special to me because it reminds me of when Tyler and I first started dating 6 years ago. It was his favorite band, and so I started listening to them too. As I fell more in love with him, I also fell more in love with Copeland’s music and every time I hear them, it brings me back to the one of the happiest time of my life. So thankful that they decided to reunite and that I got the chance to see them live for the very first time. What a great way to celebrate our four year anniversary! ❤️

Maybe it’s just in America, but it seems that if you’re passionate about something, it freaks people out. You’re considered bizarre or eccentric. To me, it just means you know who you are.

The sunrise, of course, doesn’t care if we watch it or not. It will keep on being beautiful, even if no one bothers to look at it.
