Conversion Therapy (Cheryl Blossom x Female!Reader)

[This is a story based on that episodes in season two where Cheryl was sent to that conversion camp with the sisters. The reader was also sent to this camp by her parents who do not agree with her choices and they meet each other there. Toni and Veronica come and rescue them and they escape]

A deep sigh left (Y/n’s) mouth as she woke up to the sound of a rapping on the door.

“Time to wake up. You will be very busy today, meet in the storage room in five minutes.” One of the sister’s said before she walked out, leaving the girl to get dressed.

(Y/n) hated the place, her parents had sent her there to try and “fix” her from her “illness”. She wasn’t ill, she was attracted to women. She thought that there was nothing wrong with that, but she knew that many people thought that there was a lot of people who hated the people like her.

(Y/n) quickly got dressed into a pair of jeans and a red shirt that she had been issued from the orphanage.

She made her way out of the small, suffocating room and went into the storage room, stopping as she saw another girl who had bright red hair. She was standing by the sister and looked very unhappy about being there. That was to be expected.

“(Y/n), this is Cheryl Blossom, she is also here to fix her... Problem. You two will be working together to move these sacks of grain into the corner. Hurry, up, there is plenty to be done today.” With that, the sister left the room, letting the two girls start to work.

Cheryl turned towards the girl and smiled softly. “I’m Cheryl.”

“I’m (Y/n). Guess we better start moving these before the sister gets back...“ She said.

Cheryl nodded and the two started to work. They moved about half of the bags into the corner before one of the sister’s came back into the room and scowled at the two.

“I said that corner.” The sister looked down and sighed. “You two never listen. Now... Move those bags into the other corner. And hurry, you two have wasted half of the day away!” The sister promptly left the room and the two girls started working.

About two hours later, they were called in the get dressed. The sister had said that it was a movie night and that they were to spend their night sitting in the theater.

The two girls parted and (Y/n) started to get cleaned up. She changed into an identical pair of clothing and washed her face. She walked into the theater, finding a seat as close to Cheryl as the sister’s would allow.

The movie turned on and short scenes started to appear on screen. The movie was not making much sense, it seemed to be about a normal girl and boy falling in love and being happy. The normal thing that they might show at a place that hated people like (Y.n) and Cheryl.

“Cheryl! Cheryl, are you in here!” A voice shouted from the doorway. (Y/n) glanced over at Cheryl as she perked her head up. Cheryl quickly stood up, grabbing (Y/n’s) hand and rushing towards the girl, wrapping the girl in a big hug.

“Thank you... Thank you for getting us out of here.”

Another girl appeared at the doorway. “Toni! Come on, there are a bunch of nuns heading this way. We have to go.” She said.

Toni led the girls out of the room and they rushed through the halls, quickly losing the sister’s who were trying to get the two girls that were escaping.

Once the group had reached the door, they quickly shut and barred the door so that they could catch there breath.

Cheryl and (Y/n) hugged tightly, breathing heavily, thankful that they were out of there. Cheryl looked over at (Y/n) as soon as the separated from the hug and gently kissed her on the lips.

“Come on... let’s get out of here.”
