Ugh how 11kg in 3 months,I est 400 cals à day and very active but still I don't lose my body is holding into the 49-48kg for dear life
Skinny habits I had when I was 39kg/15.6 bmi ♡
1. Allowing myself to enjoy small portions of unhealthy food —> overrestricting leads to binges
2. Eat a small breakfast, no lunch usually, a low cal snack & lower cal dinner
3. Looking at the scale multiple times a day
4. If a snack is over 100 cals its a meal
5. I always tried to get 9-15k steps daily
6. I lost 11kg in 3 months with VERY strict parents by eating 500-1.2k cals in a day
reminder : it gets easier as you keep going! I had binging problems at the start yet I got skinny
