Johnny had to have dropped a few "Ms" on that ring. First off it's a very rare blue diamond, and the size makes it even rarer than the color. He wasn't done yet he got Venetian glass added to the setting. Venetian glass is also expensive.

One thing Johnny is gonna do is make sure they always remember that one time they got married in Italy.
