The spell Katrina uses in this scene is actually part of an old Christian hymn, Te Deum. This hymn originates from around 387AD

During the scene she says 'In media nos laudamus' which translates into 'we are in the midst of praise'.

Nowadays we recognize the hymn as the Eurovision songfestival's anthem. Every European knows this hymn very well, if you watch the songfestival, it will blare out on screen multiple times.
