Update!
Alot has changed.. It's now wayyyy more visible and that I like.. Clothes are actually falling off! But TOM has arrived and I'm in the bitchest mood plus I have this terrible break out, on my face, back & under my breast. So i'm triple moody and bitchy! Right now i'm craving chocolate. I had to take a trip to my dermatologist today this rash was freaking me out. I've got some meds so I have to stop taking Hcg for a while. It's okay though I still intend to continue my VLCD for the remainder 15days. I really don't feel happy when I quit :(. My lowest so far has been 166lbs a total of 19lbs lost. I still wanna get to my GW if 160lbs and eventually my UGW. But for now I'll just try to focus on this annoying rash.. Blehhh I want cookies!

Update Day 23 VLCD Day 21
Good News and Bad News. Let me first say that I'm finally seeing 16.. on the scale! But it has been a roller coaster .. Idk I know for sure TOM is coming hence my awful mood lately, plus I've lost a family member! 
Well my lowest so far has been 166 lbs \o/. Now I'm 168 :/.. I know its not that bad but still I feel bad because I've cheated. Normally if I sneak a cheat or whatever I make sure its with protein of some sort, most of the time its with protein that's not on the protocol . I try not to cheat with sugar or starch.
This was my meal yesterday:  2 Grissini 1/2 Grapefruit Broccoli (4 florets) As you can see so far I wasn't intended to cheat!!!                                     THEN THIS --->

  I had two slices of fucking pizza that size :( WHO DOES THAT???? i WAS SO MAD AT MYSELF. But to top it off I had 3 french fries,1 piece of fried fish and 2 chicken thighs boiled! I didn't eat all at once though!
For dinner I had chicken breast.. Oh well  That's the past and I'm moving forward. So today as punishment I'm having an apple day. LOL plus tomorrow I'm going dinner for a friend's birthday . 8lbs away from my goal :D
