Hey so I've been only weighing myself like once a week (I don't have a scale at my apartment but I go home to my parents house on the weekend) so I just lost 3lbs from eating healthy/ excercising just 30 min a day! This is actually huge for me :'). My weight has always been between a .6-1 lb gain/loss a week is great start for me living at my apartment, I know I can keep being healthy! Ah, that's great, at my parent's house I only eat neutral healthy/non- healthy foods sadly. But yeah update woo!

Day 1 at my apartment: Okay so I'm going to hope to track what I eat to what I do at my house in the suburbs.
This morning I had nothing in my house to eat beside waffles and sausages so I decided to skip out.
I had a glass of milk at noon.
By 3pm I had a banana
4pm: Zucchini fries 8/10
6pm: roasted red potatoes, good need less rosemary +glass of milk
At 8:45pm a glass of apple juice, small handful of sunflower seeds
10pm is a waffle!! Because I can.

Lemme just write down what I brought to eat to work (I sit at a desk for 9 hours answering phones, kidding I'm on Tumblr the whole time): Avacado with red onions and 1 hard boiled egg on two slices of pumpernickel bread
1/2c refried beans
1c roasted red peppers, red onions and garlic
1/2c raw red peppers
5 slices mozzarella
2 slices gouda
1/3c whole wheat rotini
1 chocolate pudding cup
