exams-ed!
It's so difficult to know what to do in exam season when you're struggling with an ed, so here are some tips:
Make sure you eat before exams! Even if you're restricting and finding it hard not to, you need some form of energy to actually mentally FUNCTION!!
Keep your fluids up! Water (and other drinks) are SO important for keeping your brain and the rest of your body healthy- plus, they can help cool you down going into summer months.
NEVER FAST DURING EXAMS !!!! I cannot stress this one enough, it does NOT help and you end up regretting it post exams (!!!)
Have forms of relaxation besides exercise. Exercise can be brilliant for stress relief, and helping with the guilt of maybe eating a little more in order to get through your exams, but it is SO important that you take time to do self care. Some examples may be: Reading, sleeping, watching a new tv series, baking/cooking, videogaming, art/drawing, giving your room a makeover, giving yourSELF a makeover, playing a musical instrument, spending time with friends/family, petting a pet, ETC!
