A Noble’s Coat

“I need to get out.  For a couple days.  I miss the hunt and the cool air upon my skin.  But my Lord wishes me to remain safe.  Will you please come with me?  It’s not a total untruth.  I will be in the shroud and I will make sure to practice both my conjury and other battle training alike.  And with you both with me, I should be safe as should the little one growing inside me.  Please my Knights?”

The two knights would smile and nod.  They were well-trained and knew their duty was to her.  That the only time the could over-ride her would be if she were in peril.  But they had seen the tiny xaela fight.  And they doubted her wish for a simple hunt would even come close.  Besides, it sounded to them she wished them to aid and join in with her.  So they easily agreed.

The next morning, Rose and her two Knights would set off south, towards the shroud, with Hank screeching in glee overhead.  It would not take her long to find and track the perfect stag.  Crouching down, motioning for the Knights to hide with her she’d whisper, “I wish to hunt that one.  It’s hide will make a lovely coat for my Lord do you not think?”  Catching on to her plan now they both would nod and smile, “Of course Lady Rose.”

Shiro Elune : Sitting down in his throne in his Estate of Elune while casually flipping through a few pages of a thick booked novel before hearing something against the windows and then witnessing the glass shatter as the same figure approached with the same question, causing him to drop his book and stand. “AGAIN?! How did you get passed my elite knights? You know what, I’m give you the countdown to leave where whence came from before I have you dissembled in many particles... If it gets you out of sight sooner, fine. I’m jealous about how courageous some can be and provoke emotions a lot more simply, those who forge bonds that push them to do what should be unachievable even ME an Elite class cannot defeat but their random companionship allows them some leverage? It’s senseless! There, now get loss!!!” He’d waver his white gloved hand above and start radiating and weaving a large ice shard in a mere second and point it as a weapon sending them as homing to motivate his pursuer to stay gone.(Thanks for the ask anon!
