Do you need more sleep?

Are you feeling isolated after not interacting?

Does your body need more healthy foods?

Are you moving enough to keep your heart happy?

Are you being nice to yourself today?

Are you taking breaks when needed?

Are you asking for help when you’re feeling overwhelmed?
