Ok but can we talk about how some people will absolve homura of ANY wrongdoing like at all. I love homura she’s one of my favs and I do love her story of having to become cold hearted and distant with the people she loved most to reach her goal. But I also think people condemning other characters more than homura just because she’s their fav is just so baffling to me?

Like people will go out of their way to hate on everyone else in the series specifically sayaka. Girl you know that both of their tragedies parallel each other right? Holding sayaka “more accountable” is dumb because EVERYONE (expect Madoka really) makes mistakes because of kyubeys influence and actively pitting the girls against each other. He brings out the worst in them because the system of being a magical girl is to bring out the flaws in these young girls.
