as someone who was around for the release of poison/toxin there's something kind of special about how people talk about genes without accent colors these days... people asking for more genes without accent colors, or not understanding how anyone could like them because they're too boring. i absolutely get it but it's also funny to at the same time remember when the most colorful gene was iridescent

Got a bunch of very nice visually striking dragons listed at the moment but I'm really hoping I can find a loving home for this boy:

I really go hard on breeding and finding dragons that look stunning on their own, with skins and apparel only enhancing what's already there, and I think Mohave is GORGEOUS and that there's somewhere out there that's right for him! He has a nontraditional sort of XYZ contrast, but the potential is there for some STUNNING primal-geode vibes.

Hatchling Skin guidelines have been updated.

The section on "adultifying" the hatchling no longer includes the phrasing "Lolita-inspired fashion," and instead now specifies examples of inappropriate content; this includes both inappropriate clothing/accessories, and references to "inappropriate age-related tropes" which would "imply the imaged hatchling is a sexually mature dragon."

The section regarding injuries/scars has been changed to allow for scars on hatchlings, with the caveat that they will be under more scrutiny than adults. It is also specified that prostheses, mobility aids, and other disability aids do not violate this rule in.
