Are you a coffee drinker? Do you believe in QUALITY coffee? I have to admit I put coffee to shame with this recipe 🙈 I'm EMBARASSED to say I used to be a barista! But I am all about the "healthy-on-the-go" life style so this is what works for me! Vanilla Shakeo Coffee Frappe: 1. Mix 2 tsp of INSTANT coffee with 1/4 cup hot water 2. Fill blender cup half way with cold water after coffee is absorbed. 3. Add 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology 4. Fill to the top with ice 5. Blend !
