Freddy Freeman, the disabled foster kid of Philadelphia.

He has a big heart and loves to ramble about random facts that he’s learned. Comic books and superheroes are something he’s adored for as long as he can remember, and he has always wanted to be a superhero like them. But then he does become a superhero, along with his five other foster siblings! Being in his superhero form is where he feels the most comfortable because there’s nothing holding him back. Of course he has to keep his heroic self a secret, but that he knew that he was doing to be flying around and helping as much people as possible and that wouldn’t stop him. Because even though he might feel like dead weight, Freddy wasn’t going to have anyone else feel like that too.

Alexei Levitsky, the new kid in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He most certainly isn’t from there, having lived in Moscow, Russia for most of his life. But the quiet and reserved boy is okay with starting over and hopefully spending less time with his horrible father. But it’s hard learning English and starting over in life, although there are a couple of foster kids who seem to want to help him out. He feels happier around them despite what goes on at home and even though he doesn’t believe in superheroes, he thinks they might be superheroes to him at least. And Alexei really does think they might be superheroes, because those heroes flying around look a lot like them.
