The only "hate comment" I've gotten so far on twt was some guy telling us (who liked the idea of buttermilk being shadowvanilla's love child) "y'all need help", there were no tone indicators of this being a joke or serious so I didn't interact with it.

Every now and then I recognize their pfp in my notifs, bc of their likes and retweets on my art, they even shared some thoughts on pv shapeshifting as a form of self expression. I find it quite funny, in my mind I wave at them when I catch their pfp pop on my phone ( ◕u◕⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠*⁠.⁠✧

Shadow milk can't die of hanahaki disease, I need his immortality to play a role in this, the fragility of his body makes the pain hellish but he can't die of it, and the idea of hanahaki mixing with the connection between soul jams making it impossible to remove permanently is so funny.

Like it doesn't matter if he goes through hanahaki removing surgery, they combined their souls, even if it was for a moment they were one and complete being, imagine that not only altered Pv's powers (being able to control shadow milk's other realm) but also Shadow milk's soul jam, so the hanahaki keeps blooming back after a few weeks over and over and over, the soul jam of deceit yearning for it's other half,,,,

I need him to be enraged that he can't stop puking vanilla flowers after bothering Butter Roll with his umpteenth surgery trying to remove the "core" of the illness, but it's all futile, he can't, it's ingrained in his soul jam and even if he had a new whole body made for him again, it won't matter.

Also crushing the soul jam probably won't work either, pv and while lily already showed us how even with a shattered soul jam, their existence and memories can somehow be brought back together. So it would be dormant as long as he is "dead"

i’m sure you’ve answered this before but for the life of me i can’t find it on mobile. but what program and brushes do you use? i just LOVE the overall look and feel of your art. especially the line art!!

Oh I did? I don't remember either, but it's no problem! I use Ibis Paint X, and this is the brush that I use! Changed my life fr 🛐

I use it for everything, sketch, lineart and sometimes painting too!

I use these ones too, not too often but I do, for lineart and shading respectively 🎨✨

Or a king snake from California

All of these are known docile breeds of non-venomous snakes, which I think fit perfectly for him 🐍💛

wait, based on how easily Pv was able to call over the other sheep, does that mean when he shape shifts into different animals he learns their calls/languages?

I'd like to think after so many years of being around sheep, he has learned the sounds they make and what they mean, hungry, happiness, danger, greetings, pain, etc. But that idea is very cool too, he seems to love to meet his blueberry bird friends, I wouldn't discard the possibility of him learning animal calls/languages while using his new acquired shapeshifting powersʕ⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴥ⁠ꈍ⁠ʔ

Also shadowmilk was perfectly capable of replicating the light of truth's voice, so the talent is either a honed skill or comes with the spell for shapeshifting ✨

that other anon (who said they liked the variety in your art) is SOOOO based. I've been a digital artist for ~3 years and lowk insecure about the fact that I do not have a consistent art style, so when I see all these amazing artists (you included!!!) with jawdroppingly beautiful works I get a bit disheartened

Which is why I find you so relatable and a real inspiration to keep going because we're all human and everything is transient yk(⁠｡⁠･⁠ω⁠･⁠｡⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♡

Aw (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡ that's so very sweet, and you are so right too, we are in constant change and learning all the time, we evolve and along with our learning our style evolves too. I'm happier with the style I managed to form, but I was still having fun and enjoying the process that got me where I'm today and who knows how my style will look in a year or more, anyways I'm very happy if my experiences can help other people (⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠)💞

Happy to help! Like I said, a lot of people say it's not the best advice and I see why, sometimes you end up with longer limbs or tiny bodies, that's why you gotta check proportions every time before lineart!

This works for me, and I hope it works for you, and even if it doesn't, don't ever give up! ᕙ⁠(⁠＠⁠°⁠▽⁠°⁠＠⁠)⁠ᕗ there are always new techniques and tips out there!

@nouconcept on twt/insta is a great artist with tons of tutorials on her social media, I recommend her a lot!
