After his defeat and banishment at the hands of Gregor, Moloch was fragmented and weak, spiraling deeper and deeper into the bowels of Hell. Desperate to enact his revenge on the human world, and with his temple destroyed, he answered the call of a greater demon, Eyes of the Universe. Bob Velseb was the last instrument of their Evil. He outlived his usefulness as a man, but he could still serve them again. Moloch needed a vessel, and the Cult of Eyes will give him such a vessel. Two devils, in one body.
