004 | Dug up some old RNAseq data and mapped it to an interaction network. Cleaned up the dataset in R, used metascape.org to annotate the top 3,000 hits, then dropped it in Cytoscape and Gephi. Now I just need to overlay expression data. Save that for another day though, oof.

002 | Pond snail who was a stow away on the plants. It’s been doubling in size every other day. Not sure though if it’ll survive the next cycling.

001 | My lab bench tank has been cycling for three weeks. I did a 40% water change with resin filtered and deionized water today. Final TDS measure was 208 ppm, much better than the tap water alone (375 ppm).
