A bit of a different design. Using food grade silicone tubing instead of a silicone catheter (just realized I ran out of catheters). To accommodate the fold over on the front end I made the front tubing a bit longer. The tail is a bit long too, but not by much.
Otherwise it's pretty much the same as usual. One retrieval line tied to two individual holes for redundancy.
