Hao Tsai and Colton Falcone are mercenaries from Cianxi. They are quick and ruthless in their work, and fiercely protective of eachother. They are able to be recruited when the following requirements are met:

TO RECRUIT COLTON

Colton is only able to be recruited if spoken to with Boston, no other unit can recruit him.

If Colton encounters Chio at ANY TIME before Boston can speak to him on field, Colton will no longer be recruitable. Additionally, he will receive a bonus stat buff, making him comparable in strength to Risen Beast (IV). Colton will be blinded by his desire to find his mother a better life, and in doing so will ravage the battlefield. He will level his enemies utilizing Fury 4 and succumb to his own wounds by turn 25 if it has not been reached. If turn 25 has passed, Colton will drop dead at the nearest Homestead.

TO RECRUIT HAO

If Colton has been already recruited, Hao will immediately join the army.

If Colton has died, or is not recruited, Hao will join Boston only if he is gifted the Dragon’s Coat Fragment*. He will believe this to be Colton’s, and sorrowfully join the fight. Hao will learn the skill Revenge during this encounter.

* The Dragon’s Coat Fragment can be found in Melissa’s shop, or from interacting with Colton’s corpse.
