#think I’m on the verge of a menty b folks#I’ve cried like 5 days in a row and before this I hadn’t cried since my great grandma’s funeral like 6 months ago#I feel like my soul is on fire and trapped in a rotting husk#my physical and mental health are in the goddamn gutter#most days are like ‘meh this is life whatever’#but I’m having one of those moments where it hits me just how sick I am#and it’s this overwhelming rush of ‘make it stop! I can’t do this anymore! ahhhhhhhh!!!!!’#but then I have to just suck it up and continue on bc what the fuck else can you do when there’s no cure for what you got going on#and boy am I trying to suck it up but rn it kind of just feels like trying to use a pail to empty the ocean#p

#applied to a few jobs tonight#may as well do that on the clock at the job im mad at right now lol#kind of nice to job search when it isnt fueled by desperation and I can be a little picky about where I apply to#still so undecided if meeting with my manager abt my shift lead will be worth it#bc apparently he also blew up at my other coworker yesterday bc she followed policy properly#so hes going out of his way to throw hissy fits when people follow policy which is so very annoying bc he makes way more money than us#and now we feel like we gotta walk on eggshells and decrease the quality of our work to avoid a grown ass man's mood swings#which is a super toxic environment tbh but even tho my manager is really nice she never addresses any complaints properly#but I feel way less crazy and way less like I care too much now that I know he's doing this to other people too#like sorry to my coworker he also blew up at lol but I fully thought this was a Me Issue having to do with rigid thinking#ive already cut him a few breaks bc I didn't wanna deal w his attitude#but I think I'm done doing that he's proven to me he doesn't deserve those breaks#if i have to put up with a pissy white man for 4 hours a week i guess so be it#p
