Learning from Criticism and Avoiding the Sin of Pride
Tumblr media
Pastor Sheila R. Vitale serves as founder and teacher of Christ-Centered Kabbalah and Living Epistles Ministries. One core aspect of what she teaches is the sin of pride. As Pastor Vitale explains in a Living Epistles Ministries article, criticizing someone, even justifiably, for the release it provides is a form of ego-building or pride.
She clarifies that not all criticism has this negative root. Some critiques can be positive and lean toward building self-esteem and relationships and improving the soul. Learning what you did wrong allows life changes and changes one’s outlook.
When you receive criticism, ask the Lord what motive lies behind it. Does it support or destroy you? Even if the latter is the case, there is one potent weapon that you possess, and this is refusing to retaliate. But ignore the criticism at your peril. Ask yourself if there is any truth in what they told you in a spirit of hate because even those around you with cruel intentions may pick a legitimate flaw in your character to criticize.

The Reasons for Pastor Vitale’s Alternate Translation Bible
Tumblr media
Pastor Sheila R. Vitale founded Living Epistles Ministries as a teaching ministry and publisher of Christian materials, such as books. Two books Living Epistles Ministries has made available are The Alternate Translations of the Old Testament and Alternate Translation of the New Testament. People interested in the two can buy them on Amazon.
Pastor Vitale’s alternate translation of the Bible does not replace King James and other Bible translations. Instead, it provides spiritual meaning to the Scripture by removing the influences of the carnal mind.
The people who translated the original Scripture into the King James version were scholars, not spiritual men. They used varied English words every time they encountered the same Hebrew word used multiple times in one Chapter. However, the Hebrew and Greek words appearing in the original Scripture’s text can have many translations. Therefore, the English words used by the translators represented their knowledge of God’s Word, their degree of Spiritual Revelation, and the general understanding of God’s Word back then.
In creating The Alternate Translation Bible, Pastor Vitale and her team used three Hebrew-English dictionaries, interlinear text, and multiple Bible dictionaries. They searched the meaning of every Hebrew and Greek word in the original Scripture and sought God’s guidance to discover the spiritual message in the words. Unveiling the spiritual meaning of the Scripture reveals the esoteric message of God’s Word to His people.
The scholars who translated the King James Scripture saw God as unforgiving and punishing. However, as The Alternate Translation Bible shows, God is a loving God whose aim is to save mankind from destruction and death.

About "Judah, The Church Today" by Sheila R. Vitale
Tumblr media
Based in Port Jefferson, New York, Living Epistles Ministries offers religious teachings by applying the tenets of Jewish spirituality to Christian doctrine. Founded by pastor and educator Sheila Vitale, the organization provides a variety of free resources such as transcribed messages and succinct YouTube videos introducing visitors to its Judeo-Christian approach and Christ-Centered Kabbalah. In addition to leading Living Epistles Ministries, Sheila Vitale has authored numerous religious texts, including “Judah, The Church Today.”
“Judah, The Church Today” is a book that discusses the struggles of the natural and spiritual man by likening it to the conflict of Judah and Israel. The old testament’s account of Judah is a nation separated from Israel comprising two tribes, Judah and Benjamin. Despite being descendants of the same heritage, Israel, the northern kingdom, which comprised ten tribes, is in constant war with the southern nation of Judah. The story uses this as an analogy of the conflict between the natural man, who is carnal in nature, and the spiritual man, who is led by the spirit.
“Judah, The Church Today” discusses themes like cleansing and deliverance, the love of God, putting away evil, and the categories of believers. The 85-page book was published in December 2018 and can be accessed on the Living Epistles Ministries website.

Exploring the Carnal Mind with Ephesians, Chapter 5
Tumblr media
Led by Pastor Sheila R. Vitale, Living Epistles Ministries provides guidance with Christianity to help individuals answer hard questions about Jesus. Accessible on the Living Epistles Ministries website, Pastor Vitale’s exhortation on Ephesians, Chapter 5, takes a line-by-line look at key verses in the Bible.
Verse one of the scripture begins with “Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.” Pastor Vitale brings particular focus to the Greek roots of the word “dear” as meaning “beloved” or “reconciled unto god.”
The verse continues, “follow God, do not follow after your carnal mind.” In this line, Pastor Vitale pauses to underline the importance of being constant in rejecting the carnal mind and following Jesus. This contrasts with the unstable individual who listens to Christ one moment and to their carnal side the next. With true belief in place, God effectively weaves himself within the carnal mind, countering Satan, who is present as the “unconscious part of the carnal mind.” Because this Satanic part of the mind broke free from the original fabric of creation, taking on a life of its own, the complex problems of humanity arose.

The Truth About Witchcraft by Sheila R. Vitale
Tumblr media
Living Epistles Ministries was established by pastor, teacher, and author Sheila R. Vitale in 1988. Readers can find a number of pastor Vitale’s writings through the Living Epistles Ministries (LEM) website, including books like The Truth About Witchcraft.
The Truth About Witchcraft is an in-depth examination of the unconscious human mind. The book is divided into four sections: False Prophets, The Mind of Fallen Man, Deliverance, and Our New, Righteous Mind. The opening section on false prophets explores the concept of witchcraft within the church and ways the spirit can be tested.
The second section, meanwhile, expands on the concept of the human mind and the concept of inner conflict, while also discussing the image of God. The closing sections of the book seek to educate readers regarding the work that must be done and the means of achieving a greater measure of deliverance.
More information about The Truth About Witchcraft, as well as other books by pastor Vitale, can be found at the LEM website, livingepistles.org, and through Amazon.

The Importance of Obeying God's Commandments
Tumblr media
Founded in 1988 by pastor and teacher Sheila Vitale, Living Epistles Ministries provides free Christian content, including written content and podcasts. Among these resources, Living Epistles Ministries provides religious teachings about salvation and obedience to God.
Obeying God is a topic that the Bible discusses extensively, from the book of Genesis to Revelation. Through the Bible, we understand how significant the idea of obedience is to God. The Bible helps us understand that followers of God should obey him so that they can have health and long life.
The Bible teaches that God rewards obedience with blessings. The book of Luke explains that more than listening to the word of God is putting it into practice. Further, James 1: 25 says that looking carefully into the perfect law sets you free, but abiding by what it says and remembering it regularly, brings you abundant blessings from God.
Obedience to God also reveals how much one values and believes in Him as a supreme being. The writings of John 1 and 2 make it quite apparent how we show love and reverence to God by obeying him. Additionally, obedience to God demonstrates our faith in Him. Those who obey God’s word and commandments put their full trust in Him to direct their lives.

The Modern Church and the Perfect Church
Tumblr media
Based in Port Jefferson Station, New York, Living Epistles Ministries has functioned as a teaching ministry since it was founded by pastor and teacher Sheila R. Vitale in 1988. The Living Epistles Ministries website, LivingEpistles.org, provides a number of resources, including articles about the “perfected Church of Jesus Christ” to come.
The modern Church can be viewed as a prototype of the perfected Church of Jesus Christ. Sheila Vitale explains that due to Christ Jesus’ place above all of nature, it is impossible for followers to fully understand the Scriptural Word of God. In the same way that an industrial prototype serves as a test model that can alert creators to potential design flaws, the modern Church functions as a stepping stone to a future Church that perfectly represents the Scripture as Jesus Christ intended.
Pastor Vitale observes that Jesus Christ himself is the embodiment of the perfection of the Church. But until he has rebuilt the Church, the current model will continue to suffer failures in its attempts to remain faithful to God and Jesus. That said, there is no telling whether the next iteration of “The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ” will be perfect or another prototype on its journey towards perfection.

The Tragedy of "Tender Is the Night"
Tumblr media
Pastor, teacher, and theater critic, Sheila R. Vitale, has managed activities at Living Epistles Ministries in Port Jefferson Station, New York, since establishing the teaching ministry in 1988. Sheila R. Vitale provides a variety of lectures and writings through her work at Living Epistles Ministries (LEM), including reviews of films such as "Tender Is the Night," based on the 1934 F. Scott Fitzgerald novel.
"Tender Is the Night" is the fourth novel written by F. Scott Fitzgerald, following "The Great Gatsby," and the final novel he completed during his lifetime. While it is highly regarded by modern literary critics, the inspiration, writing, and release of the book culminated in the unceremonious end of Fitzgerald’s literary career.
Fitzgerald had enjoyed both success and fame following his debut novel, This Side of Paradise. The author had a clear vision for his third book, Gatsby, which he worked on tirelessly as both a piece of art and ticket to continued commercial success. Although the novel is now regarded as one of the greatest works of American literature, the book was originally a commercial and critical failure, selling fewer than 20,000 copies.
Fitzgerald was personally and financially hurt by Gatsby’s reception and poured his heartache into his next novel, Tender Is the Night, which took nearly 9 years to complete. While writing the novel, Fitzgerald's personal and professional lives continued to unwind, with several problems making it onto the page. Fitzgerald’s growing alcoholism, for example, is shared by central character Dick Diver, while the mental health issues of his wife, Zelda Fitzgerald, is reflected in Diver’s spouse, Nicole.
Fitzgerald had to borrow money from his agent and editor while writing the book, in part to keep Zelda under hospital supervision in response to her suicidal and homicidal tendencies. Despite putting more time and effort into Tender Is the Night than any of his previous works and Fitzgerald's personal estimation that the book was his “masterwork,” it received no more fanfare or success than Gatsby.
Fitzgerald subsequently moved to Hollywood to work as a screenwriter. He failed to secure any credits and passed away prior to the completion of his fifth novel, The Love of the Last Tycoon.

Deliverance from Hell: Christ Vs The Carnal Mind
Tumblr media
A teaching ministry that was founded in 1987, Living Epistles Ministries provides many valuable resources and books about the doctrine of Christ. Through Pastor Sheila Vitale, Living Epistles Ministries educates people on spiritual topics and subjects such as Deliverance from Hell.
Deliverance from Hell is a spiritual teaching that was inspired by the ninth chapter of Ezekiel. . According to Pastor Vitale's teaching, a human being that has a relationship with Jesus Christ has a Christ mind and a carnal mind that stand in opposition to each other. The goal of a person who serves God is to kill their carnal mind so that Christ can rule and reign through them and truly become a son of God.
By killing their carnal mind, a person will only think with their Christ mind which is only good and righteous. The carnal mind is both good and evil and cannot be trusted to make decisions acceptable to God because it is not righteous. The carnal mind is the source of evil motives which result in unGodly behavior that does not please God.
The carnal mind dies when it is ignored in favor of the thoughts of the Christ Mind..

Rejection from Birth
Tumblr media
A New York-based ministry, Living Epistles Ministries provides people with educational and religious resources and books about the doctrine of Christ. The ministry donates 15 percent of its income to nonprofit organizations and charities. Living Epistles Ministries offers innovative teachings through Pastor Sheila Vitale about many issues, such as rejection. Rejection can be encountered in many types and forms at all ages and even from birth in some cases. Children are mostly affected by rejection at such a young age because human beings are spiritual, unlike animals, and can feel and recognize when a person wants and loves them and when not. This type of rejection shapes a person's core personality, as even if a child does not consciously understand it, their soul feels it. It is a more complex rejection than, for example, a romantic rejection as a person is not as intimate with a potential partner as a child is with their parents.

A Overview of Christ-Centered Kabbalah
Tumblr media
Living Epistles Ministries was founded over 30 years ago,by the Lord Jesus Christ through Shelia Vitale, who originally started the work of the ministry in 1988. Pastor Vitale taught the Doctrine of Christ through Living Epistles Ministries up until about the year 2000, when she started teaching Christ-centered Kabbalah. Both the Doctrine of Christ and Christ-Centered Kabbalah reveal the spiritual understanding of the Scripture. The teachings of the Doctrine of Christ are gleaned by looking up every Hebrew or Greek word in a particular chapter of Scripture, one verse at a time, to discover all the possible alternate translations. The work is then submitted to the Lord Jesus Christ through prayer, who responds with Revelation Knowledge, the goal of all seekers of Truth. Christ-Centered Kabbalah started out with the study of Lurian Kabbalah, the basic principles of which helped Pastor Vitale understand both the Old and the New Testaments more clearly, but eventually led to internalized Revelation Knowledge through Christ Jesus, the only Mediator between God and man.
