If we got a season 3, would Lil' Bits always be an evil bounty hunter? Or will someone, like say, Westley, have a comeback in a solo episode and get to reform a villain for once?

We had a Lil’ Bits story in mind that might have made its way into Season 3, but it didn’t involve Westley.  Honestly, once Westley turned, there wasn’t much of a narrative reason to bring him back.  Anything you do with Westley you could pretty much do with Wander.
