Anne and Diana are soulmates

So I just finished watching Anne with an E and I do not understand. Why are there so few people shipping Anne with Diana ?!?!! It’s such a pure, beautiful, adorable ship ! They clearly are in love with each other. They literally confess their love for each other after they’re separated because they got drunk together. I know they’re really close friends but Anne keeps commenting on Diana’s beauty, saying she has the most kissable lips, calling her “my darling Diana”, saying she would want to live with her all her life and already hate Diana’s future husband ?!? Sounds like a crush to me… Anne is bisexual, there is tons of gay moments between her and Diana why is everyone ignoring them ?! (And it’s in the book too) I mean I relate so much to these young female crush (Diana, a really intense friendship where you’re in love with your best friend but doesn’t realise it, admiration for “beautiful Miss Stacy” her teacher…) as a lesbian and I think every wlw do ! So I was disappointed when I saw there was so few shippers for them… So few edits and there is so much material to work with… It’s almost canon ! If you ship them please manifest yourself ! I can’t edit but maybe I’ll try to write a fanfiction for them. Tell me if any of you is interested. And what is their ship name ? Danne ?

And unpopular opinion: I really don’t care that much about Gilbert. I find him boring, I mean he’s the cliché Mr Perfect Boy. If I had to ship Anne with a male, I’d rather see her with Jerry, I’d go with them if Diana wasn’t in the picture. (Please don’t kill me shirbert fans >.<)
