Oh heaven, it just came to.me... just imagine, Sonic and Knuckles returning to their origins, Sonic finding Longclaw's empty hood, Knuckles the empty houses if his tribe!

Tails trying to avoid going back to his people, but when he sees them they are overjoyed to see him again...

Well, now that Knuckels and Sonic are not fighting anymore, and Sonic doesn't have to run away anymore...How big is the chance to see Mobius in Movie Three, or Four? I mean, they could return there now after all, no?

Just a thought?

I loved Sonic’s expressions throughout the movie. This scene indeed is showing perfectly well, how much love to detail was at work. They wanted it to be as perfect as it could be. It is the emotional work of this movie that sparked my love for Sonic all over. (Not that it was ever lost)

The same happened for me with How to Train your Dragon. The smallest detail of emotion made me bond with the character. 

Sonic was not “surprisingly better than expected”, it is outstanding and I can’t wait to see the plot develop to a masterpiece of its story.

This is some really amazingly expressive animation.
